Savage Lands is in final edits

Thought my hands were full last week but still going. I received Savage Lands back from my editor today. I’m working on it right now to go through the edits. I am pausing to do this for a break, then will get into it. After, I will pause again to update my “books,” page, or try to finish the book cover for the book I’m currently writing. Maaayyyy put that off until the weekend to just finish Savage Lands and get it out.

Loads of mentions

Short I am working on

Had a dream recently that I decided to tie into the Sorceress series as I mentioned somewhere. Ended up being a short story from the Sorceress’s granddaughter. Being . . . a teen. lol While trouble is happening in the magical realm, she is focused on that, but also gaining the attention of a cute boy. haha Didn’t know where the idea would take me or the “trouble” that would be in it, but it’s fun.

Still waiting

I didn’t want to list the new version of The Culling Cycle until it was completely delisted from all the other retailers. I have already pulled it from Amazon (that retailer I’m doing anyway with my work – you’ll find out why later) and Smashwords, buuuuuttt I wanted to be sure it was completely taken down from everywhere before relisting it under the new title. It’s effectively the same book so I didn’t want any issues with what could be considered multiple uploads.

New cover & title for experiment

I thought I’d do a little experiment and publish a book under my full name to test interest. Also how well it works. As anyone knows there is still a stigma attached to feminine names on books, more so Sci-Fi and Horror, etc. Otherwise you wouldn’t see female authors use initials so much, or shorten their name. I use the one everyone knows me by.

Updates and YouTube channel switches
