@your recent post.. what if the woman does it because she's really insecure?

Even so! I’m insecure, I have moments where it’s crippling. That’s the thing about communication. You need to talk about it. You need to talk about it all. That’s how healthy relationships are nourished and grown. That’s how they last. Not by sneaking around, not by looking through messages and emails and not trusting.

I think this whole new meme of manipulative women hiding their boyfriend’s phones or looking through their messages whilst they’re sleeping or in another room or whatever is so fucking toxic, it makes my blood boil whenever I see it. It’s not healthy to distrust the person you are with. It’s not healthy to have no respect for their space or privacy. God, if you feel like you have to be on high alert when your SO gets a text or a call then that relationship probably isn’t all that great for you.

in this story i am quiet in the dark, wrapped in sky. you are sleeping beside me. my chest swells and swells. soon it is twice my size. i listen to the little notches of your breath, watch them turn the sky, in this story i am a body of tenderness for you. in every story, i am not a girl. in every story, you close your eyes and unravel the horizon.

"The first person who saw your face was delighted by you. Isn’t that something? You managed to bring..."

“The first person who saw your face was delighted by you. Isn’t that something? You managed to bring joy only by breathing.

Your mother will occasionally peek through the cracks of your door when you are sleeping, even now, to make sure that she can see the movements of your chest.

The boy who kissed you in the park last night isn’t in love with you, he won’t even stay, but he meant every second of those minutes.

You’ll walk a city street that your feet have never touched before and you’ll be terrified of getting lost and that feeling is what’ll help you find the way home.

You’ll give your money to a homeless man and he will hold your hand firmly between his and he will say ‘thank you so, so much’ and isn’t that something?

There’s a piece of music that makes your heart feel like it’s bleeding. Listen to it. Listen to it again.

When was the last time you paused to stare at night time?

Did you know that there is at least one person in your life who will jump in front of a hail of bullets for you, without your asking.

Your entire body is made of nerves. Feel things.

Take walks in places you’ve never been.

Take photographs of people not everyone considers beautiful. Find loveliness in them.

Let go of the things that are killing you from the inside out.

One day you’re going to be part of the sky, you’re going to be that beautiful and that necessary but not today. Not today.”

You don't post your poetry Here anymore, you don't write anymore or just not comfy with posting it here? I hope you are alright. I an worried.

Don’t be worried angel, you’re so soft and sweet. I am still writing! Not very often but I do. It’s just changed a lot, my writing I mean, I’m worried tumblr won’t like it anymore.

How do you respond to someone who writes you poems? I actually met someone who I believe is my soulmate and she wrote me the most beautiful poems and I say dumb things all the time like" I saw you earlier but I was too neurotic to say hi T_T

Anyone can write you a poem. There are poets crawling out of the fucking woodwork writing about ridiculous things like the colour of oil on cement, how the light falls through certain cracks in the sky, people who catch your eye for slightly too long on the train. So don’t worry about it. They’re everywhere.
