Who doesn't love a giveaway?

So I've finally decided on a release date for my book – 10th of April! I figure it would be easier for me to get everything done during the weekend so I don't end up being frazzled on a work day.

So before that happens, I have decided to host another giveaway on Goodreads. Of course this doesn't mean that this will be the last giveaway ever, but after this Puppet Parade can't be regarded as an advance reading copy.

Anyway, WordPress posts don't seem to like HTML very much for some reason, so...

The feeling when you hold your book for the first time…

… is amazing.

And I mean THE book. The final copy which you are proud of and pleased with and willing to put out there in the market. Sure you get proof copies, but they're just not the same because you know there's something incomplete in it, and your happiness is marred by your desire to fix all the things and hold the final version in your hands.

I finally have that version. I'd been checking my mailbox for the last few days, and each time I found it empty I would get a sinking feeling in...

Why this blog?

Well, my own site is not really practical for blogging, so I thought I'd create one here on WordPress in case readers wanted to interact with me and such. I'll try to update more frequently, but… well, we saw how well that went on my site, so I'm not promising anything, haha.

I will link to this blog from my site, and I will probably import all the blog posts there and scrap down the blog section and replace it with something else… I will let you know what that is once I figure it out.
