744 Deviations. Giveaway Closed — Thank You.

The giveaway is now closed — and 744 of you entered.

That number still stuns me.

When I started writing The Swerve of the Infinite, I didn’t expect anyone else to follow me into its folds. It began as a game. A recursive structure. A riddle wrapped in a narrative, built for the joy of building. I wrote it to amuse myself — and ended up creating something I still enjoy reading.

To see so many curious minds pause, tilt their heads, and say “yes — I want to read that”?
It means the world.

To each of you: thank you. Whether or not you receive a copy today, I hope the book finds its way to you somehow — and I hope it rewards your curiosity.

And yes: there are 74 Easter eggs hidden inside. One for every multiple of 10 in this beautiful number. Seek them if you like. Or let them find you.

More soon — and until then, may your observations ripple.
May your patterns break.
And may your swerve lead somewhere unexpected.

Post-Giveaway Gift — 50 Extra EPUB Copies

The giveaway may be over, but the swerve continues.

To thank the 744 readers who entered — and because I believe books are meant to travel — I’m offering 50 additional free .epub copies of The Swerve of the Infinite.

If you’d like one, just send me your email address via:
- Goodreads private message, or

- Email at okam.rolim@gmail.com
(Subject: Swerve EPUB Request)

I’ll send the file directly to your inbox, no strings attached.
This is just a quiet thank-you — and a small ripple back into the system.

If you enjoy the book, feel free to leave a review, share a thought, or hunt for the 74 Easter eggs hidden throughout the text.

Let the recursion begin.

Dispatch #02: The Giveaway Conundrum

(Or: What happens when a book begins to multiply itself?)

- 2,579 readers pressed a button.
- 2,366 shelved The Swerve of the Infinite as “Want to Read” — which is somewhere between flattering and existentially destabilizing.
- 10 have been selected by the Goodreads gods (or algorithms — is there a difference anymore?) to receive a physical copy.

To all of you: thank you. Truly.
Whether you were just curious, deeply suspicious, or accidentally drawn in by the word “infinite” — I’m grateful.

This week, the ten giveaway copies are being dispatched. Slowly. Carefully. As if each one were a message in a bottle tossed into a sea of timelines.

If you’re one of the lucky recipients, your copy should arrive soon. If you’re not, don’t worry: the book is out there, and it has a tendency to find its way into strange hands.

More dispatches to follow.
And yes — the clinamen_engine.py is still running in the background.
