I write historical fiction, fantasy, and poetry. Most of my work circles the same questions: identity, exile, and what one generation hands to the next.
My novels form a series called The Chronos Stones. The Chronos of Andalucia is set in 1487 Andalucia and follows Catalina, who finds an artifact that can stop time. Onaji Sora follows the exiled samurai Haruto Takashi from Japan across North Africa, the Levant, and the Indian Ocean, and the wife and son he was forced to leave behind. I also have two poetry collections, Wrapped in Silence and Champions of Awkward Love.
