Decisions, Decisions

Do you have an easy time making tough decisions or are they easy? For me, making decisions are easy - sometimes - and snap. But not the one I have chosen to make. The decision concerning my books.

Since I began writing I wanted to tell a story that would people would love and want to read over and over again. Books that inspired and made us think. I know when I was writing them, the books made me contemplate all kinds of things.

What should I put in the books? What should I not put in the books? How far should my writing go? Not go? Where should I draw the line?

With much soul searching and contemplation I have made several decisions about my writing.

One:I will never have swearing in my books. Personally, I just don't read swear words if they are in a book but I don't particularly care for them.

Two: There will never be graphic, explicit sex in my books. Yes, some of them have plot points in which a woman becomes pregnant but the emotions are what I want the focus to be on.

I know that some people will not care to read what I will release and that is fine. The literary world is filled with novels that have what you like to read. All I ask is that you try my novels because I know that once you read them they will become your favorites.
