Help me document the best small-press poetry of the last seven decades

I love GR, but it's not as great a resource for info on underground poetry as it could be, so I started a bunch of lists for the best self-published, small-press, and university-press poetry by decade.

I just started adding titles so the lists are pathetically short. Please help out by adding your favorite poetry books and chapbooks.

Best Small-Press Poetry of the 1960s
Best Small-Press Poetry of the 1970s
Best Small-Press Poetry of the 1980s
Best Small-Press Poetry of the 1990s
Best Small-Press Poetry of the Aughts
Best Small-Press Poetry of the 2010s

There's a field for "Why you added this book." Please fill it out. Let's make this a cool resource for poetry readers looking to broaden their scope as well as teachers who need something off the beaten path to engage their students.

Also don't get hung up on "Best." There's no way to have an unranked list as far as I know. Let's just create a place for people to find worthwhile poetry books.
