Oh shit *raises hand quickly*
Just barely
Not only am I older than Google, but I’m also older than wifi. Woooow.
Same. *starts shaking his cane* Back in my day we didn’t have this here interwebs to help with school and solving silly video game puzzles!
HAHAHAHAHA
…I remember the first time a friend showed me Google in the school library computer lab. And yes, the year was 1998.
Um. I posted my HTML-based master’s thesis online two years before Google existed. So. Yeah. (also: people still use it for research almost 20 years later WHAT)
My first encounter with a computer was in 1st grade. We played a game where a line of pixels “ate” a pixel dot. It was totally a worm! And the other kids wouldn’t give me a chance to play.

Shooting of the film was a draining experience for the actors involved, due to the demands that Lang placed on them. For the scene where the worker’s city was flooded, Helm and 500 children from the poorest districts of Berlin had to work for fourteen days in a pool of water that Lang intentionally kept at a low temperature. Damn. I feel bad about this being my favorite movie now.
