my life in words
"Well, this morning I'm sitting here smelling the sweet, subtle fragrance of Lilac because my adorable Hubby surprised me and picked me a bouquet of them and put them on my desk in my studio.
Lilac and Honeysuckle always take me back to my childhood with just one sniff. Which is so awesome because I dreamed a couple nights ago that I was WITH my mom and dad and we were talking about moving somewhere. They both were perfectly healthy and we laughed and talked for a long time.
Mom and I were sitting on a couch and my dad at a table. He was telling us what time we had to be packed and ready. It was so real. As I got up to leave the house I looked back, as if for one last glance. My dad was sitting at a table and he was typing at a computer. (Trust me it was a dream, my dad never, ever touched a computer in his life. LOL). When I looked at the screen I could see he was typing a post on a daily journal. I couldn't really see what he was writing, but I saw the dates he had already posted were March 3, March 4, March 5, and he was writing on March 6. Curious huh?"
I woke up that morning a little sad, but a whole lot happy. I got to see my parents again. I miss them terribly, and that dreamed only proved that even more. But to see them, touch them, and feel their love, just reassured me of what is to come. We're only separated temporarily. I WILL see them again, but then it will be for ETERNITY."

practical life lessons
They are NEVER Worth It
" NEVER compromise who you are, or what you believe in, just for the sake of having "SOMEONE," "ANYONE," in your life.
No one that is RIGHT for you to date or marry should ever cause you to throw away your "Self-Respect" for them to be with you.
Don't be so desperate. Don't be so impatient. Don't be so dependent. It is better to be happy with your self-respect and dignity in tact and be single, than to compromise yourself in every way, find yourself miserable, and in a relationship with the wrong person.
They aren't worth it. But most importantly, it will make YOU not worth it."
