Two New Releases Today!
So, Happy Endings is a collection of m/m shorts from Torquere Press — there are motorcycle cops, cowboys, a pair of interfering kiddos, and a leather-bound stud that is into bartenders. I love all these stories, but I have to admit, Getting Out More is my favorite.
Official blurb:
Whether it’s cops and cooks, or old buddies who suddenly find out they have more in common than they think, the four stories in Happy Endings take regular guys and turn them into one another’s heroes. These guys like leather, hot men, motorcycles, and exploring a new life beyond what they know.
Stories include Cooking Up Trouble, Tanned, Getting Out More and Hell Bent for Leather.

This is the first book in a series of three — this book is m/m and the next two will be m/m/f. This is Bowie’s story. Bowie lost his mates — Channing and Emma — as a young man because he wanted them both. When he finds out that Channing is a chef and a professional submissive in LA and Emma is a burlesque dancer in Vegas, he decides to get them — starting with Channing.
This book was a hoot to write and I’m tickled as hell that the series is started, and that y’all get to meet Bowie and Channing. :D
Official blurb:
When they were young together back in their werecat pride, Bowie and Channing experimented with love and sex, as well as flirting with a threesome with their best friend Emma. Channing and Emma both ran from their needs, leaving Bowie to break away and find his own life. Now a confident Dom, Bowie discovers Channing again through a video of a consummate sub, one Bowie knows he needs to find once more.
When Bowie shows up on his doorstep, Channing feels like a teenager again, all confusion and need. He doesn’t date his own kind, only humans, and he’s not in the market for a full-time Master. Bowie is impossible to deny, a force of nature, and while both men know they’ll have to think about Emma eventually, now is the time to see if they can get to know and love each other all over again.

Not ignoring y'all... I swear
I am suffering with severe nerve pain and I’m losing my mind a little bit, add to that the broken air conditioner and the stopped up toilet and the termites and bad roof on the new house and post amazing con let down… And then there’s Robin Williams and, I know it’s stupid, but every time I think of him, I start crying and I’m not ready to process all those feelings yet.
Let’s just say I need a couple of days with my wife and coffee and long conversations with my heartbeat so I know who I am again.
Much love.

Six Sentence Sunday -- Stealing Bases (f/f, YA, WIP)
I knew when I threw the pitch that it was going to be really good or incredibly bad.
It ended up being both.
I play to win, you know? I mean, I don’t play for the little leagues, I’m starting pitcher with the Lions, of course, but I play all over during the summer, so long as I got the gas money and my Honda runs. I was playing in Caddo today, playing against some big old bitches from way out in Longview and that pitch came off my hand like a shot and she couldn’t hit it for love or money and, bang, we won the game, but it didn’t matter a bit to me because I was screaming my damn fool head off, something in my shoulder letting go like a snapped rubber band and I knew I was fixin’ to die. Just die, y’all, I swear to God.
:D
Much love,
