Edith Overlease (b. 1933) is an Indiana naturalist. She and her husband William Overlease have coauthored several books on the natural history of Indiana and Michigan, including the compendious 100 Years of Change in the Distribution of Common Indiana Weeds (2007). She studied at Shimer College in Illinois and at Indiana University, completing a BS in education in 1956 and teaching elementary school from 1958 to 1974. (from Shimer College Wiki) ...more
