#ThrowbackThursday: Forgiveness

It’s another Throwback Thursday! Today is Forgiveness (Redwood Pack Book 4.7). I LOVE Bay and Adam!
 
Bay Milton—no, Jamenson now, and, boy, did he like the sound of that—planted her feet in the cool grass and fisted her hands at her hips. Her wild, scarlet-red hair blew in the wind in a disarray of curls that reminded Adam of how she looked when she rode him long through the night, her hair bouncing along with those full breasts of hers.
He groaned and shifted his stance, careful not to wake a sleeping, snuggling Micah, who slept strapped into the harness on Adam’s chest. Adam knew he must have looked like a completely different person from before, what with his son in a baby harness, the cane he hated using by his side, and his position on the sidelines, rather than in the thick of it.
Things had changed.
He had changed.
At least, he knew he had. He wasn’t sure the rest of the Pack knew it yet. They still acted cautious around him, afraid to speak to him harshly or contradict him. That would change with time. He just had to show them that he had, in fact, changed.

Its Teaser Tuesday again! This time from HIDDEN INK (Montgomery Ink Book 4.5)! It releases from 1,001 Dark Nights on Jan 12th!
 
She didn’t have a family of her own so it was nice to be adopted into theirs, welcomed into their open arms. Though the door between the shops had been there before she bought the place, the Montgomerys hadn’t used it with the prior owner— a prim and proper older woman who had no time for tattoos and ruffians.
Seriously. Her words.
Now the door was never locked, and the Montgomerys and their crew could come in and out of Taboo when they wanted food and caffeine. Hailey went over there often, as well, with trays of goodies and sometimes empty-handed just to see the beautiful artwork.
She was still a blank canvas, but knew she eventually wanted ink of her own.
One day she would be brave enough to ask for it.

2015 At a Glance

2015 was a crazy, amazing, stressful, OMG, year. I feel like I swear I say this every year, but I think this is even crazier. LOL I did a LOT this year, but I also scaled back from 2014. I’m in a better place emotionally and physically which makes me happy. PLUS I’m in the middle of most of my series which means I’m diving under the surface and having a blast. I cannot wait to show you what I have coming, but first, I want to talk about what happened in 2015. Not only do I want to reminisce, but I want to make sure you didn’t miss anything LOL.

Books

I released 11 books in 2015 as well as a box set. If you look at the graphic above, I’m actually MISSING a book in December LOL. I had 3 Talon Pack Books (1 of which is technically a Redwood Pack Book), 1 Dante’s Circle, 2.5 Montgomery Inks, 2 Branded Packs, a stand alone, and two box sets. LOL. I try to keep 4 series going at a time and I think this worked for me. I hope it worked for you!

Talon Pack

This year I started the Talon Pack series. Though its a spin off of the Redwood Pack series, I had to make sure you could start with this series first. This is the largest series I’ve ever written. Not just in word counts and amount of books, but the scope of the plot. These books are HARD to write, but its keeping me on my toes creatively. Wicked Wolf released in January. It’s the bridge novel between the Redwood Pack and Talon Pack series. Its also released with 1001 Dark Nights, which honestly changed my life. I am SO happy with how it went and I am thrilled to work with 1001 Dark Nights again.

In February, Tattered Loyalties (Talon Pack Book 1) released. This is the book where my whole wolf world changed. I am in awe of y’all response to it. Brie was a submissive wolf and Gideon is the most dominant Alpha I’ve ever written. This book is so close to my heart and I am THRILLED to keep writing in this series! An Alpha’s Choice (Talon Pack Book 2) is the book that broke me. LOL Finn and Brynn were very difficult to write and I think I’m finally back at the place I need to be to write more. Good thing since Mated in Mist (Talon Pack Book 3) releases in Feb 2016!

The Redwood Pack series was the first series I ever wrote and I am so blessed I can keep writing in that world with the Talons. I hope you keep reading! LOL There are MANY more books to come!

Montgomery Ink

I am stunned at the response to the Montgomery Ink series. I am soooo happy y’all are loving it. I had initially been afraid to try to write contemporary romance, but now I think I like writing it the best! LOL I can’t help it! This series isn’t going to end any time soon and I’m even writing a couple spin off series because I love the tattooed world so much.

In February I rereleased Forever Ink (Montgomery Ink Book 1.5). This had been in the Hot Ink Anthology the previous year, but now its on its own. Plus it a sexy SEXY cover! LOL Look at that ink! Callie and Morgan gave me my silver fox story with him being so much older than her LOL. In June, Harder than Words (Montgomery Ink Book 3) released and I am soooo happy with it. Y’all rocked this book and I am so pleased y’all love Meghan and Luc as much as I did. I know some people wanted to know more about Luc’s sisters…and that might come up soon LOL.

In October, Written in Ink (Montgomery Ink Book 4) released. This book was all about my writer hero and his heroine. It was so much fun to see what happened when I wrote about a writer LOL. This book also introduced the Gallagher Brothers who get a series in 2016. Tee hee. This book made me cry, but I love that LOL. ALL of the Montgomerys make me cry!!

In November, I released the Montgomery Ink Box Set. It has the first 2 novellas as well as the first full book. I had wanted a very easy way for people to pick up the series and start, and the cover…OMG THAT COVER. Anyway…LOL

Dante’s Circle

I only released one novel in the series this year since I had to cut back with so many series! LOL Don’t worry, there will be TWO books in 2016. Fierce Enchantment released in April. Faith and Levi surprised me since Levi had been so quiet before and Faith so…not LOL. I loved the way they came together!!

Branded Packs

I had the opportunity to work with one of my favorite authors ever!!! Alexandra Ivy is OMG amazing and we decided to write a paranormal series together! LOL Stolen and Forgiven (Branded Packs Book 1) and Abandoned and Unseen (Branded Packs Book 2) released in July and September of this year. We wanted to write a darker story where wolves, bears, and leopards need to find their inner strength in order to survive. There are three Packs (wolves, bears, and cats). Meaning Three Alphas. Three Betas. And Three species learning to live together in order to find their freedom. We’re writing another book in 2016 and even more in 2017 and 2018. We have a few surprises coming too for you! Have you checked it out yet?

Odds and Ends

Also in June of 2015, I released Finally Found You. This was my gamer girl falling for her best friend. I think this is one of my favorite books EVER LOL. I hope you enjoyed it. In Dec I released an anthology called Flame and Ink. What’s special about Flame and Ink is that its almost ALL of my series. I wrote a bunch of bonus scenes and short stories and now you can find them all in one place!!

OMG. That seems like so much! LOL But are you caught up?

Life

In addition to writing, I also went to the Coastal Magic Convention, the RT Convention, and Authors After Dark. Plus I went to Philly Author Fest, Lady Jane Salon, and the Baltimore Book Festival! I LOVED seeing all of you. I hope I can see you again. Make sure you check out my website so you can see where you’re meeting me! LOL

I also took TWO small vacations. How crazy is that? I usually don’t do that but I learned to take care of myself. I started working out 5 days a week and took many weekends off. I plan on taking more weekends off this next year to spend time with my family. Dr. Hubby and I are even doing the #RomBakeOff where we’re baking a certain recipe once a week with a group of authors and bloggers. I’m having a blast and relaxing. I’m LOVING writing and LOVING reading. LOL

What more could I ask for?
