A Light in the Darkness XV

Today's grammar blog is about “could have”, “should have”, and “would have”. I was thinking about this subject, and I realized I could of written about it last week. Did you see the mistake? It appeared in that last sentence. You should of seen it. There it was again! In many instances, I find that writers are using “of” in the place where “have” should be. From what I have observed, this

Kastil Eavenshade's "Talbot's Ploy"

First, I'd like to thank the Adonii for offering their awesome blog up for my humble offering. I am here to trumpet my latest release, Talbot's Ploy. While this isn't my first venture in the realm of m/m erotic romance, it is my first stand alone. Katherine Wyvern's "Head Shy"

Head Shy, a short story, is the third book in the Cydonian Tales series which started in December 2011 with Black Carnival. It is, however, a prequel to my debut novel and can be read before the other books as a little glimpse in the world of Cydonia.Black Carnival is set in the capital of Cydonia, the beautiful, gothic, dreamy NeuVenedig. In Head Shy we are instead in the desert that constitutes

A Light in the Darkness XIV

Today's grammar blog is about another issue that has come up to bother me. I will try and explain. Did you catch it? Did you see the error? No? Try and find it. There it was again! “Try and” is the problem. Here is another example. INCORRECT “Spock, try and scan for some life-forms on the planet.” Putting it this way is likely to get a withering Spock eyebrow lift and a disdainful

Lace Daltyn's "Forever Men"

Hi, Adonis and everyone! Thanks for giving me a chance to introduce myself and my newest story, Forever Men. This is my first time on Boundless as the Sea, and I’m excited to get the chance to chat. My name is Lace Daltyn, and I hang out in Twilight country where the weather is determined by how visible Mt. Rainier is.

I’m a weather-junkie and a people-watcher. I love emotional reads with
