Publishing Updates
I'm super excited to announce that I've re-released and rebranded my Fragments trilogy and my stand-alone book Sons of Fire.
I would love for new readers to have access to these characters and worlds, which is why I've been running contests, sponsoring promotions, and giving away books.
My first novel, The Human Cure, is currently undergoing edits in hopes of a re-release early next year. I will keep you posted.

The Human Cure Audiobooks
My very first baby, my paranormal romance/urban fantasy horror story (haha - enough genres for you?) is finally out on audiobook! I have a very limited amount of promotional codes. If you'd like to receive one, just review any one of my books and send me the link to the review. Happy reading (and listening)!

Edting..editting...Editing!
Going through the editing process, I'm finding that there are more words I want to add. There are also many that I see I need to change. It's so interesting to look at my words again, now that I know the ending...kind of like reexamining the pieces once I have seen the whole puzzle.

Getting by with a little help from...bloggers
http://paulettespapers.com/?p=8659
Here is a link that Paulette's Papers, a lovely and thoughtful book blog, posted to help promote my book. I have been completely overwhelmed by the amount of avid and enthusiastic readers out there. Bloggers are just so passionate about reading and sharing their thoughts, and their writing often captures the beauty of a book in a whole new way. I have seen blogs where an interpretation of a book changed the whole meaning of it for me. So I just wanted to take a moment to be in awe of those who read, those who blog, and those whose thoughts help a book to transcend its original purpose. You all amaze me!

Character Connections
The problem with finishing up a book is that I often grow very attached to the characters. I miss them! While I am reading a great book, the characters immerse themselves into my life like good friends. Closing a book always has a touch of sadness because I have to say goodbye.
This bittersweet connection is magnified to an even greater extent when I finish writing a book. I am almost finished with the sequel to "The Human Cure," and I am really going to miss my characters when I am done. I will have to begin reading or writing a new book right away! Character love is strong, but it is also fickle, as I easily find myself falling in love with someone new time and time again. The Human Cure
