The Butcher of Memory

Time destroys.

It is the butcher of memory,

Sacking everything,

Desecrating the good

With the future,

Laying waste to dreams

With morning.

Time destroys

But it is not so strong,

Is not the warrior king:

Faces fade, hopes dim,

Summer slips to frost

But the esence of a person

Remains forever:

A smile, a laugh, a word,

All those quirks which

Seemed so insignificant

Endure far longer

Than feeble time.

I will not forget you.

It was akin to growing up, somehow, his own sphere of concern, of places, of people, of responsibility entirely separate from that of everyone else; his own world which only he could sustain, with aims only he could pursue, only he could fulfill, and enemies which he must face, and face alone. He was no stronger for this, though, no more confident, no more the man. In fact, he sensed that he was more childish than ever for suffering this dread, because it drove him to distraction, drove him s...

This is the truth. I wouldn’t be surprised if future pokemon games resorted to putting computer software icons in there anyway..there can’t be any more pokemon that its possible to invent.
