The loneliness of the island in Lilith’s Tears. This is one of the quotes from the novel that I really do identify with actually - looking up into the vastness of space and all the stars really does make me feel tiny and alone sometimes in a strange, sorrowful type of way.

When u need that thing and u didn't got it, what do u do???

Keep going and never give up. In time you will either get another chance at the first thing, or hopefully an even better thing will arrive, and if you spend your time staying strong you will be ready to grab the next thing when it does arrive :)

if you follow the paintbrush with your eyes while not moving your head, it forces you to use emdr which is a therapeutic technique to calm anxiety/panic. watching fish swim causes the same effect.
