Do you want to help an indie author help other indie authors? I have a huge goal that I have to hit. But I can't do it without your help.

The situation: A few months ago, my son was involved in a severe car accident that resulted in him breaking his neck. He was lucky, and the break only involved the bone and not the spinal cord. He has since recovered and has decided to devote his life to becoming a radiologist to help others who are in a similar situation. Everything changed when we were informed by both the auto and health insurances that our claims for the accident and the medical bills would not be covered. We would have to pay these enormous bills ourselves. In order to cover these costs, I will need to sell an outstanding 80,000 books Do you want to help an indie author help other indie authors? The realization: I am not the only indie author in this situation. Many other authors need to sell their books to pay for their difficult life circumstances.

The plan: BUY IT FORWARD. For every 1000 books I sell, I will buy 10 books from another struggling indie author. I will then send those 10 books to 10 book reviewers who will review the book. Then they will either do a book review or an author spotlight on that author. This will give the author two things they need, sales and recognition. If I reach my goal, I will be able to help at least 80 authors and buy at least 800 books. Buy It Forward is my way of helping others and myself.
