I read 117 Days Adrift decades ago and didn’t realize until well into this book that it was about the same couple. Still an amazing story and very well written. Audiobook was well narrated.

She certainly had a difficult relationship with her mom but she handles the aftermath of that relationship with grace and dignity. Wish it hadn’t ended so abruptly.
