Video of Website Improvements (to reduce bounce rate)

My worry is that they did not find what they came looking for, so I have redesigned the website to reduce bounce rate and make it much easier for first-time visitors to find the information they are seeking. This video is a fast-paced overview of the changes and a testimonial to the instructor for the class I took to accomplish this.
