Ellie Goulding Takes Inspiration From Everything Around Her
Lights, Halcyon or Delirium? What is your favorite Ellie Goulding’s studio album? Everything from this English artist is magic! What is her secret? Maybe her sources of inspiration. Yareah quote of the day is by Ellie Goulding. Listen to her!

Ellie Goulding. Delirium
“I take inspiration from everything around me, also relationships and friends. And the inside of my crazy head.” Ellie Goulding.
Goulding is trend! In December 2015, she received her first Grammy Award nomination for Best Pop Solo Performance for her single ‘Love Me like You Do.’ But before, at the 2014 Brit Awards she had received the award for British Female Solo Artist. Always a success!
“It’s usually a big kind of vent of frustration or anger or sadness that puts me in the right frame of mind to write. It’s such a cliche to say that artists write when they’re down, but it’s true for me. It’s a relief to get out what’s eating away at my heart or my soul or my head.” Ellie Goulding.
Video: On My Mind by Ellie Goulding.
Furthermore, she is a good person who collaborates with several important causes. For example, on 15 November 2014, she joined the charity group Band Aid 30 along with other British and Irish pop acts, recording the latest version of the track ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas?’ at Sarm West Studios in Notting Hill, London, to raise money for the 2014 Ebola crisis in West Africa.
“I’m quite private. And I never wanted to be the biggest star in the world, really. So in that sense I’ve got a good balance of doing great shows, of making an appearance every now and then and writing music, and I don’t really have to do much else.”
Enjoy your day, Yareah friends. Art is everywhere and up to you!

Your Free Day campaign asks organisations and employees to use 2016 leap day for a good cause

Your Free Day logo
Service communications experts at soh are using 29th of Feb to support the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity and are calling on organisations to support staff who would like to use the leap year extra day for a good cause
soh, based in London and the North West, is donating the leap day in February to the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity which provides support to families with a life threatened or terminal illness.
The idea was born when the team at soh realised that every leap year most employees work an extra day. They decided they would use that extra day ‘to do some good’. They’re also calling on other organisations to do the same with the ‘Your Free Day’ campaign.
Fran Fish, Managing Director at soh, commented: “We thought it’d be great if businesses and public sector organisations would actively support and encourage individuals to give something back. Giving employees the chance to do some good because of the extra day created by a leap year seemed the perfect opportunity”.
Emma Haines, Director of Marketing and Fundraising at Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, says: “Finding new ways to raise money and give to charities is becoming increasingly difficult so we were delighted that soh chose Rainbow Trust to benefit from ‘Your Free Day’. The two challenges charities often face is resource and money so to be offered a day of support from experienced professionals will make a big difference.”
Talking about how soh will be working with the charity, Rob Smale, Director of Professional Services at soh, commented: “We’re providing spoken and written communications workshops for the people who do the great work supporting families 24/7. Our team is also helping to raise funds at Rainbow Trust shops in a ‘The Apprentice’ style competition at the Leatherhead and Cheam shops as well as a pop up stall in Mold, North Wales.

Birthdays Today, Jan 27: Mozart, Ryan McLoughlin, Anna Russett, Vincent Herbert
Well, he was a celeb in his days and he’s –maybe- the best composer in the History of Music. He was Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and he was, he is… simply the best. He was born in Salzburg, Austria in 1756. Rest in Peace, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Don’t miss the video. For me, the best opera ever written.

The music is not in the notes, but in the silence between.

When I am ….. completely myself, entirely alone… or during the night when I cannot sleep, it is on such occasions that my ideas flow best and most abundantly. Whence and how these ideas come I know not nor can I force them.
Mozart
More famous birthdays today, January 27: Ryan McLoughlin, member of the popular Irish band Hometown, born in Belfast in 1994; Anna Russett, YouTube star born in Indiana in 1992; and Vincent Herbert, music producer.
Happy birthday to all of them. Have a very nice day, dear friends.

Zylpha Adds Integration To SharePoint, iManage, Civica And NetDocs

Nigel Spicer, Head of Development
Legal systems innovator Zylpha (www.zylpha.com) has added four new software integrations with systems that are frequently used by both legal practices and local authority lawyers. The new integrations, with the company’s widely acclaimeddocument bundling technology are for: SharePoint, iManage (formerly Worksite/ Autonomy), local authority solutions from Civica and NetDocs. Further integrations are also being planned for LEAP and an upgrade to the Iken case management connector.
The new additions complement Zylpha’s existing range of successful electronic document bundling connectors. These include: Visualfiles/Solcase from LexisNexis SOS Connect, TR Envision, Axxia FED, and FileStream.
The announcement of the new integrations is seen as a clear reflection of market demand. As Zylpha’s bundling systems slash the time taken to create document bundles, significantly boost security and dramatically reduce costs, Zylpha has experienced a strong user demand for integrations with an ever wider range of frequently used systems. As Zylpha’s Head of Development Nigel Spicer says, “The increase in demand for our bundling systems, from both legal practices and local authority lawyers, has been quite dramatic. However, it soon became apparent that we were going to need to invest in a number of new software integrations to meet this burgeoning demand. This has led to the new integrations with SharePoint client side connector, Civica, iManage client side connector and NetDocs. Given that these latest additions are with some of the leading systems used in the legal sector, we expect the rapid spread of Zylpha’s document bundling systems to continue apace. In addition, the even better news is that we are still planning further integrations to come and that this will in turn see an increase in the number of developers we recruit over the course of 2016. ”
For his part, Tim Long CEO of Zylpha added, “As the spread of electronic document bundling is now reaching mainstream proportions, we are finding that many practices and local authorities are seeing its use as a best-practice. The drivers for this are clear. Where once it took hours to produce, maintain or amend document bundles, it now takes just minutes. The costs of photocopying, physical storage and couriers are also eliminated at a stroke. The system’s ‘secure delivery’ methodology also means that the days of cases delayed for missing paperwork are now a thing of the past.
“However, as we see more and more demand for these benefits, from customers and prospects alike, the pressures to offer integration with a wider range of systems has also grown. We have listened to these demands and invested in a major development programme to deliver the required integrations. This is though just one part of an overall development strategy at Zylpha and we are confident that these and other additions to our existing offerings will be warmly received by both legal practices and local authority legal services teams.”
