My Search for Vaccine Injury Information Continues: The Ohio State Law Library

I went back to Ohio State in the fall of 2023 to complete my research at the Pharmaceutical and Law Libraries. After I had been to the Main Library and was surprised that dissenting books against vaccines were not available on the shelves there, indicating the library was presenting an only pro-vaccine side to vaccine arguments, I thought I needed to complete my mission there, which was to find out as much as I could regarding vaccines, drugs, the science and chemistry behind these, and the law as related to these subjects.

When I arrived at the Pharmaceutical Library, it was in the process of being dismantled at the time, so I could not gather any information at this location. I believe they were in the process of building a new library, moving the library, or renovating the library. Anyway, this disallowed me the opportunity to do research there at that time.

But the Law Library was open, and the students were on break, and the library staff was there to help me with my searches. My research topics were borax (sodium borate), vaccine injury, and antibiotics. The internet queries on the Law Library system proved to be productive, and I would like to share some of the titles I found. These titles, which came in the form of press releases, were many, so firstly, I chose articles concerning vaccine injury and the Covid-19 pandemic we had just gone through:

The first thing I noticed was that most of the articles on vaccine injury were from foreign news sources. The second thing I noticed was that few articles regarding vaccine injury were available in periods of late 2020 through 2022, when the covid vaccines and vaccine mandates were being pushed on the American people. It almost seemed as if by magic articles pertaining to vaccine injury were missing for this time period. Or, perhaps by chance, during the largest worldwide epidemic of this century, that no reporters were covering the biggest stories of the time. This seemed a little hard to believe. The obvious conclusion was that these types of reports were being disallowed by our Big Tech media companies and news organizations at the request of Big Government, which was paying them not to spread news which would be against covid vaccines.

These fears of censorship by our own government against their own people have proven to be true as the one article noted above indicates: “Tales of vaccine injury ‘purged’ from the internet.” This article revealed that US taxpayer dollars were funneled through Stanford University which worked with Big Tech giants such as Twitter, Facebook, Google, and others to remove what they labeled as ‘misinformation.’ This censorship effort was vast and was used to remove vaccine hesitancy from the populace. Some examples of stories and/or information which were removed included: “‘stories of true vaccine side effects’, discussion of ‘natural immunity’, and the possibility SARS-Cov-2 leaked from a lab…’celebrity deaths after vaccination,’ or criticism of Anthony Fauci … ‘and true stories about people experiencing blood clots.’”

This report was corroborated by Elon Musk soon after he took over Twitter, and now in early 2025, it has also been confirmed as fact by Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook. We must come to accept as fact that our own government has lied to and deceived its own people to push and promote unproven experimental vaccines of highly questionable value.

These were just a few of the articles I found. What I noticed by watching the “World News” on the regular stations on TV during this time period was that these vaccine injury stories were not being covered at all or were only being covered by a few networks against the wishes of the government. But if you think about it logically, why would stories about vaccine injury be covered on the regular news stations? Yes, these stories were newsworthy. And yes, it is obvious that the covid vaccines and the new and unproven experimental mRNA technology were causing widespread vaccine injuries. But if you were a news station which received most of its advertising revenue from Big Pharma companies, it would not be in your interest to berate the companies which were paying your bills and salaries. That would be like biting the hand that feeds you. In addition to this, the US government was paying money for stories not to be shown which would provoke any anti-covid vaccine sentiment. Our Big Government wanted to promote the covid vaccines to the populace, even if they were unproven for safety and efficacy.

What exactly was going on behind the scenes in our government and related organizations? Why is the threat of death by measles at 1 in 10,000 a serious concern, but yet when 1 in 35 healthcare workers were injured by the mRNA covid vaccines, as one of the titles listed above suggests, that this is not an issue, and certainly something they do not want the news to report on? Why were true stories of vaccine injury being purged on the internet? And why did the government push and promote unproven and experimental vaccines on the entire population of the United States?

One of these articles was especially interesting to me: “… Delayed Serious Side Effect Cases.” As a researcher studying vaccines, vaccine injury, and the vaccine compensation system of the government, it has been noted that payouts for vaccine injury compensation typically occurs for injuries which happened soon after the vaccination took place. This timeliness of health issues associated with vaccination can therefore be more easily identified if the health problems occur within a few days or a week after the vaccination.

But with the mRNA covid vaccines, there seems to be an additional time-delay mechanism built into the vaccines which can cause health problems months and/or years after the vaccine has been administered. Due to the way the vaccine injury compensation system works, it would be difficult to prove that the mRNA covid-vaccines caused these health problems, and therefore getting compensated for vaccine injury in these instances would be a difficult task. As these delayed injuries and deaths from these mRNA covid vaccines continue into the future, it will be interesting to see if the plaintiffs in these cases get compensation for their injuries, or if our government will fail them yet again.

I wish to reiterate that we should ban Drug and Vaccine Advertising in the United States. These ads are only allowed in the United States and New Zealand. Advertising revenues gives too much power to Big Pharma, and this power ends up determining what will be shown as news and what will not be shown. These ads serve no purpose except to benefit Big Pharma companies with profits, pad advertising revenue for Big Tech and its media branches and further corrupt an already corrupted Big Government and its related organizations and legislators.

We live in a democracy. The people are the rightful owners and heirs to the United States. The government should not be serving Big Pharma as its master and lord but should be serving its citizenry. The news stations and related media should be reporting the truth and facts and not be steering and manipulating compliance for unproven experimental vaccines with new technology which have not been proven to be safe for humankind. If you give the people truth and facts and have an actual discussion of the pros and cons of an issue, the people will be able to consider the information and decide for themselves what is right for them and their families.

Big Pharma, Advertising, and Control of the Media.

Big Pharma, Big Government, and Big Tech have manipulated us and our way of thinking regarding healthcare, vaccines, and drugs in the United States. Many of us do not even know why we have the beliefs we do, but we tend to defend them anyway. And if we get on our phone or computer and look at misinformation that has been placed there as a trap for us, and we believe it is real information, then we have been deceived again. It is difficult to discuss a topic which is contentious without creating some disagreements, and often these arguments can become heated.

This brings to mind two of my favorite Americans. One is Ben Franklin, who is quoted as saying that: “A person convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.” And the other is Mark Twain, who said: “It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled.” This is what truth is up against: Lies and beliefs which have often been formed over decades of time by advertising and misinformation so that Big Pharma, Big Government, and Big Tech can steer us and our way of thinking on a subject.

I have to admit that it happened to me also. I will not deny it. I was taught to “Trust your doctor and their office staff. They know what is best for you and/or your child.” I held this belief until I realized they had injured my child through vaccines, and then they denied that vaccines were the cause of the problems. After a thorough analysis, it seemed obvious they held their beliefs because love of money was in the way of truth. This is about the time I found out that doctors and their pediatric clinics were paid incentives and/or yearend bonuses to push and promote vaccines by insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, and/or the government. These conflicts of interest in no way serve the interests of the American people.

As I researched this rabbit hole of media misinformation, I discovered there was an entire universe buried within it. The misinformation, lies, and deceptions were present throughout everything we saw. This misinformation was on billboards, in scientific magazines, on TV, radio, spoken by news commentators, proliferated on the internet, and was found on college campuses, in pediatric offices, and also in other doctor’s offices. It was so prevalent that it was hard to fathom the depth and magnitude of the deceptions foisted upon us by Big Pharma, Big Government, and Big Tech.

The demonization of Robert Malone.

Robert Malone was the first major whistleblower against the use of covid vaccine as a “safe and effective” response to the covid epidemic. He was well informed on this topic, with almost 40 years of scientific research regarding drugs and vaccinology under his belt. Also, he was the “original inventor of MRNA and DNA vaccination (resulting in nine issued patents with a priority date of 1989) as well as MRNA- and DNA-based gene therapy.” Lies My Government Told Me. He was one of the very first scientists familiar with this new mRNA vaccine technology, which he stated should be more accurately described as an experimental “gene therapy.” And being the original inventor of the mRNA delivery and vaccination technology, he knew a thing or two about the science involved.

Due to his staunch defense for truth regarding the dangers of this new technology which had not been proven to be safe for humans, and in fact which may be outright dangerous, he lost his job, his profession, and was ostracized by the scientific and medical communities.

Why did he do this? Why did he speak out against the MRNA technology and covid vaccines? Did he do it for money or fame? Or did he speak against the prevailing narrative of Big Pharma, Big Government, and Big Tech for the cause of truth, so that people would recognize the dangers of these unproven and still experimental covid vaccines and their new mRNA technology?

He received no benefit I could see to lay his decades long career of choice on the line, and to lose it for opposing the powers that be. In fact, it was as if he was throwing away his entire education and career to oppose the prevailing narrative from these three Big powers of Pharma, Government, and Tech. Not only was he trained in Molecular Biology and Virology, but he also has an MD in medicine. Why would he throw away his long expensive education and career in this way?

Because he was speaking his truth. Because he has always been interested in helping people and saving lives. This is why he initially studied medicine and diseases and became involved in these academic pursuits. By speaking against the narrative and vocalizing his beliefs, he felt he was doing his duty to others, and he believed if they understood his message, that he would be able to save lives. To lay down and sacrifice your own life for truth in an attempt to save the lives of others is one of the most noble and honorable things any man can do.

How much influence can $1 Billion Dollars buy?

Robert Malone was publicly smeared by Big Pharma, Big Tech, and Big Government and demonized as being anti-vaccine and anti-science. I am sure it all seemed strange to him to be given such titles after dedicating most of his life to science and vaccine research whereby he hoped to save lives with new technologies. What a rude awakening he must have had to find he was the target of a smear and misinformation campaign. What could he do after he was abruptly ousted from his previous life? He took up the pen and wrote, and he hoped people would get the message out to those who would understand. The following is a quote from his book:

“A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by Blaze Media has revealed that the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) through the CDC has spent one billion tax dollars on propaganda to push the safety and effectiveness of these vaccines and to stop ‘misinformation.’ The money was given to ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, the Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times (the mainstream media), who have not disclosed that their articles and journalists were funded by taxpayers. This campaign was a national push to improve the public ‘trust,’ using fear-based articles to threaten the population, promote the safety and efficacy of the gene therapy based COVID-19 vaccines, and defame those deemed as critical of the endeavor.” – Lies My Government Told Me. Robert W. Malone, MD, MS. 2022. Pg 2.

Wikipedia is clearly on the side of the Big Tech, Big Government, and Big Pharma. If you look up Robert Malone on Wikipedia, the public smear campaign is still in effect. On Wikipedia, regarding Robert Malone, it states: “During the COVID-19 pandemic, Malone promoted misinformation about the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccine.” How could Wikipedia’s sources of information regarding this new mRNA technology be better than the person who invented the technology?

In essence, what this proves is that his reputation and credibility as a scientist were smeared, and apparently are still currently being smeared, by those who were paid to do so in the media at the request of Big Government, who used our taxpayer money to pay for influence peddling. However, the words and beliefs of one man can be questioned. Are there others who back Robert Malone’s assertions?

After Elon Musk bought Twitter, he revealed information to the public which exposed Twitter’s involvement in propaganda efforts of our media and Big Tech companies to stifle dissent, encourage covid vaccination, and spread misinformation. Elon Musk’s efforts were but a blip in the information radar, as the government’s paid off media and other Big Tech companies were still on government payroll. The news of Elon Musk and Twitter subsided quickly and were soon forgotten.

And now, even this week, early in 2025, Mark Zuckerberg has admitted involvement concerning the misinformation campaign his company Facebook partook in regarding covid-19 and vaccines, the coverups, the lies and deception, and the negative covid information which was blocked at the government’s request. Perhaps his conscience got the best of him, I do not know. But the fact is that he has corroborated what Elon Musk and whistleblower Robert Malone have said all along: The American people were deceived by a giant collusion effort consisting of Big Pharma, Big Government, and Big Tech in order to steer the beliefs and actions of the people of the United States. During this episode, the United States and our news and other forms of media were no better than Communist Russia and their state-owned newspaper Pravda. Our own taxpayer dollars were used to misinform us!

Things like this should not happen in a democracy. This makes me wonder if we truly are in a democracy, or some other form of government more sinister like a “Pharmacracy,” which is the rule of those in Big Pharma, which are pulling all the levers of power with strings attached to their minions in government. With $1 billion dollars being paid out to the media to manipulate the people, it does make me wonder who is in control of our country.

The smaller point here is that the government used our taxpayer money to spread misinformation to influence the people of the United States and the world. They just happened to get caught this time and exposed to show what was really happening. The questions we should be asking are why our government lied to and deceived its own people, and who benefitted from these deceptions?

The bigger point is that this is not the only time the government and its agencies have been involved in steering beliefs of people to help pad the coffers of their Big Pharma overlords. This has been going on for decades. The people are being manipulated, Big Pharma is reaping the wealth, and then they are paying off those in Big Tech through advertising dollars and those in Big Government through lobbyists and campaign contributions to enact laws, rules, and regulations which favor Big Pharma’s power of control over people and their healthcare and to sell their product offerings.

My Search for Information and Truth.

Perhaps it was luck, I don’t know, but I am old school when it came to finding information. I wanted to do an in-depth search on this topic of vaccination, and how the recommended CDC vaccine schedule came to be. My feet immediately found me at the local library, perusing the titles and taking a brief look at the contents each book held within them. I didn’t want to be one sided, so I grabbed books which covered both sides of the argument. And then I read.

As I read, I took some notes and found what I thought to be the salient points of the arguments. After I had exhausted the resources, I moved to the next local library. And once this was done, I moved on to the next library. After this I felt like I had a decent base for my knowledge, but there were still more difficult and fine points which needed to be explored and explained.

One of these topics was sodium borate. This is a household cleaner and/or insect poison as listed on Google, which is an ingredient in two vaccines currently on the CDC recommended vaccine schedule. The vaccines which contain sodium borate are Gardasil, which is a Hepatitis B vaccine, and Vaqta, a Hepatitis A vaccine.

I wanted to do more research on this topic, so I headed over to the Chemistry Library at Ohio State’s main campus. I worked there many years ago when I was a student and thought the Chem Library would be a good place to find information on a specific chemical. When I arrived at McPherson Lab building, where I once worked in the library, I found myself lost. Where was the library? I wandered around, certain that my memory was faulty, and that I would soon be at my destination.

I looked at the building information. There was no library listed. I asked a few students. They had no idea where the Chemistry Library was. I was confused. I walked over to another building, and there was a security guard who was equipped with a communication device. I strolled over to him, and I asked “Where is the Chemistry Library? There used to be one in McPherson. Where did they move it?” And he got on his radio and asked the dispatcher. The reply came back. “We no longer have a chemistry library.” Then he turned to me and asked, “What information are you looking for?” And I replied, “I would like to find some information on a chemical, sodium borate.” And he communicated my wish to the dispatcher. The reply came back: “You can find information on sodium borate at the Pharmaceutical Library and the Law Library.”

That was a surprise. The Pharmaceutical Library appears to have replaced the Chemistry Library for information on chemicals. Then I thought, “This makes sense. They use sodium borate in vaccines. Sodium borate is a toxin used as insect poison. When people get sick and vaccine injured, they sue the manufacturer. This is why they have information on sodium borate specifically in the Pharmaceutical and Law Libraries.”

The systemic removal of dissenting information regarding vaccines at large universities.

I was already at my alma mater, I thought, so why not stroll down to the Main Library, and see if I could dig up some information on sodium borate there. The Main Library at Ohio State was once purported to be the third largest library in the United States. I thought to give it a shot. I walked over there and asked for some help. They said they didn’t have any information specifically on sodium borate. Then I asked about vaccines, and they directed me, as I recall, to the 10th floor. After I found the section on vaccines, I looked through the books they had on the shelf on this topic. Now, mind you, this is after I had been to a few public libraries combing through their books for vaccine information. What I found at the OSU Main Library was surprising. There were only a handful of books on vaccines, and the few books there were all pro-vaccine types of books. And one specifically was over the top in that way. It was like reading something which said, “Vaccines have been proven safe and effective. Anyone who thinks otherwise is either foolish or an antivaxxer who is ignorant on the subject.”

Then it dawned on me. Ohio State is a big school. They probably receive a lot of money from Big Pharma. Big Pharma most likely pays for a lot of their research funding, equipment, grants, and other things. The library seemed to have been cleansed of all information which may rouse an opinion contrary to the belief that all vaccines are good. As I thought about this, I lamented, “Isn’t college supposed to be a place where you question things, and you strive to find the truth?” If you were a college student and attempted to do research in the Main Library at Ohio State on vaccines, using the books they had on the shelf, you would have no choice but to write a paper favoring vaccines of all kinds, all of the time, because there is no dissenting literature. A shame. People need counter arguments to find the truth.

The difficulty in finding dissenting viewpoints on vaccination on the internet.

After this attempt in finding information at Ohio State, I tried to comb through the internet to find useful information. This is possible, but you really have to be on your toes and alert. As I combed through the articles, I noticed that the vast majority of internet articles were supportive of the CDC, FDA, and Big Pharma’s side that explains why vaccines are important, and why you should believe in them and get vaccinated. The numbers of articles were overwhelmingly tilted in favor of a pro-vaccine argument. It makes sense. Big Pharma has big money that pays for internet ads. Big Tech bows to Big Pharma money and will agree to whatever its master says is misinformation, and they will attempt to “clean up the misinformation,” or to bury, delete, or mark as misinformation any articles that are against Big Pharma and their products. Big Tech gets advertising money from Big Pharma, so they are paid to be their servant.

Government agencies, which include the FDA, CDC, and other three lettered agencies have many people in their organizations from Big Pharma, or who are going into Big Pharma as soon as they retire from their government jobs. These organizations have been corrupted, and there are too many conflicts of interest to count. These government agencies’ internet sites and other related places of information are filled with information, opinion, and conjecture which are interwoven with some factual details to make it appear as if the conclusions of these organizations are based on fact and science alone, and they attempt to appear impartial, but they are not. These sources of information are favorable to Big Pharma, and these organizations help Big Pharma to increase their spread of misinformation, which enables Big Pharma to make more money. This misinformation and collusion of these government agencies with Big Pharma enable the pharmaceutical companies to more easily get their drugs and vaccines approved by the FDA.

It appeared obvious what was happening in the media, which I call Big Tech for simplicity. It seems obvious that Big Government, Big Pharma, and Big Tech are in collusion with each other, and are trying to sway the citizens of this country with massive amounts of information tilted in their favor, so that Big Pharma can sell more of its products.

Money pays for advertising. Advertising is effective, persuasive, and often deceptive. Everyone in this country, including me, has been brainwashed to a certain degree by the steady flow of material aimed at us. Drug ads work just as well as Pizza ads.

The pursuit of money and power. Big Pharma has money, and they want to make more money. They pay those in government through lobbyists, which include our lawmakers that we elected, to do their bidding, and to establish laws, rules, and regulations which will pad their bottom line of profit. Also, Big Pharma pays Big Tech for advertising. Big Pharma companies are one of the biggest, if not the biggest, advertisers in the country. Advertising money pays the bills for Big Tech and their media, and this includes TV, newspapers, internet, medical journals, billboards, et al. The end result of this collusion between these three great powers is the brainwashing of society which sees this information over and over again and comes to believe it is true. Many beliefs and opinions we hold were not made by critical thinking, but by repeated immersion in our commercial culture here in the United States.

If someone asks you, “What do you think of xxx?” You go to your smart phone or the internet and do a random search, you are likely going to be steered by those who control power, money, and advertising into an opinion which Big Pharma, Big Tech, and Big Government wants you to have and believe in. Or if you go to your news source on your favorite type of media, then you will likely be steered in this way also. Do you want to be steered in the way you think, or would you like to form your own opinions? It is difficult to gain information on a topic, where one can defend what they believe. With so much information out there pushing people one way or another, it is no wonder why America is so bifurcated in its beliefs. Few people are taking time to think for themselves, to research a topic in depth, and to consider counter arguments in an unbiased manner. Most people like the easy information at their fingertips, even if it is misinformation.

After this realization, I felt lucky that I did research the old school way at the local libraries. Big Pharma money has not taken over these places, and there is still some dissenting information. If I had started to do my research on the internet, or at a large college campus, where the tentacles of Big Pharma power hold dominance, I feel that I would probably have been lost in there for a long time before I was able to arrive at my conclusions. Sometimes the old ways are the best ways.

The systematic brainwashing of the people of the United States by Big Pharma and its minions in government and the media wants people to trust them, and to believe that they are good stewards of people’s healthcare, children’s healthcare, and the planet’s healthcare in general. After all, didn’t our scientists help eradicate smallpox from the earth? Weren’t the commercial processes for creating antibiotics on a large scale achieved here in the United States, and didn’t this save many lives in the Second World War? Wasn’t polio vaccine invented by American scientists, which no longer exists in the western hemisphere? Didn’t our scientific community prove to everyone in the United States and the world that our system of scientific research and innovation are the best?

Once Big Pharma had our trust and had us in their grips because of past successes, it became easy to manipulate us into believing things that were not true, such as:

1> It is a good idea to vaccinate newborns after birth for hepatitis b, which is not a contagious disease for infants and toddlers, or even a disease which infants can contract from others. Newborns can only contract this disease from their hep b infected mother during childbirth. Therefore, only newborns of hep b infected mothers should receive hep b vaccine.

2> Since vaccines have been proven to be good for mankind, and by their use have conquered two major diseases in smallpox and polio, that we should take vaccines for all the remaining minor contagious diseases, regardless of the risks that taking many more vaccines and the toxins within them might bring to us and our children. The end result of this belief and policy is that too many vaccines are being given too soon and are causing too many problems in too many children. This has contributed to the meteoric rise in autism, ADHD, eczema, asthma, and other allergic disorders in children which did not exist or were extremely rare 50 years ago.

3> That science is so much more advanced than it was even 50 years ago, and years of testing and proving that vaccines were safe and effective is a fact beyond reproach, that now the great American scientific community can engineer vaccines from scratch within months that are both safe and effective. Big Pharma, Big Government, Big Tech and their misinformation have deceived us. Progress in vaccine science has not progressed to such a degree that it is possible to produce a safe and effective vaccine within months. Extensive short- and long-term testing of vaccines are still required to determine safety and effectiveness of vaccines.

Pharmaceutical advertising has contaminated our society and our beliefs. Big Pharma money has induced the spread of misinformation. Big Pharma, Big Government, and Big Tech have deceived us, have led us to a pasture of their choosing, and they are feeding us information which aids them in the collection of more money and power. They are using this power over us to affect our beliefs, and to control us and our way of thinking. It is time to end this. Only New Zealand and the United States allow drug advertising. The rest of the world had the foresight and understanding that this advertising would pervert our thinking and beliefs and then allow Big Pharma to rule over us.

This research on drug and vaccine ads, and their effects on the people, the media, and the lawmakers of the United States led me to this solution:

Solution #14. BAN CONSUMER DRUG AND VACCINE ADVERTISING. There should be no direct to consumer (DTC) advertising of vaccines and/or drugs. DTC marketing and advertising of pharmaceutical drugs and vaccines are not in the public’s interest and should be made illegal. When advertising dollars are at work, then TV stations, newspapers, medical journals, radio stations, and all other commercial media companies become pressured by these Big Pharma companies to displace truth with what will be most profitable to the media company, which means what will benefit their advertisers. The promotion of these products is often deceptive, and predominately shows potential benefits while discounting any adverse effects. Only the United States and New Zealand currently allow these types of ads. The other countries of the world had the foresight to realize that allowing Big Pharma to advertise their products would grant them too much power over us, which they could then abuse. Money which is currently used to promote drugs and vaccines increases the cost of these products, while at the same time limits the money available to do research for the safety of these products. Drug and vaccine advertising does not benefit the public welfare.

BOOK REVIEW - Part 2: Medical Kidnapping: A Threat to Every Family in America. Brian Shilhavy. 2016

It is apparent that when Brian Shilhavy began writing this book, that he was overwhelmed at the vastness of this subject. Medical kidnapping encompasses a wide spectrum of things: medical diagnoses and differences of professional medical opinion resulting in legal medical kidnapping; state and federal laws and how they function; monetary incentives given by federal government for medically kidnapping individuals for the financial benefit of doctors, hospitals, and states; and how this medical kidnapping provides Big Pharma with all the foster children test subjects they could ever want for drug and vaccine testing to get their products approved by the FDA; and last but not least, how these incentives go against human and civil rights of individuals, and how this system breaks up the family.

The result of this system is great injustice for many parents and their children, a windfall of money for individual states, jobs for Child Protective Services (CPS) and state and local law enforcement, work for the medical community, children for foster system, and drug trial subjects for Big Pharma. Let’s continue exploring some more subject matter from this book.

The one thing all the families who have suffered medical kidnapping have in common was that one day they found themselves with a child that needed medical help, and being parents who cared, they went to the hospital, emergency room, or some similar facility for help, and once the children were under the care of the emergency care physician or other hospital staff, this was the last time the parents had any legal rights over their children’s health or future. Seeking for help turned into a nightmare for these families, and many of these children would never see their homes again.

The Anonymous Caller or Informer.

This kept creeping into the cases mentioned in this book. If you don’t like your neighbor who has children, are jealous of someone else who has children, or are truly concerned about a child’s welfare in someone else’s home, then you can call CPS on them. And your name will never be revealed. This can be the beginning of a nightmare for the family, even if they have done nothing wrong. Isn’t this also a violation of the Constitution? No, it is not. It may follow the letter of the law, but it certainly does not follow the intent of the law, which is that there must be sufficient grounds, reasoning, and evidence of a violation of law for something so drastic as to remove a child from their home.

The 6th Amendment of the Constitution has two applicable clauses which protect the rights of the accused in criminal prosecutions:

Right to be informed: The accused has the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation.

Right to confront witnesses: The accused has the right to confront the witnesses against them.

The CPS and local authorities sidestep these protection clauses of the Constitution by not charging parents with a crime. They simply take the children away. Since there is no official prosecution or criminal charges filed against the parents, then the CPS are allowed by law to act on an anonymous tip, take the children away with little or doubtful claims, and then the children may be moved into the foster system, so that the state can get federal money, and Big Pharma can get their drug trial subjects.

What a system! Kind of reminds me of Nazi Germany or Communist China, where friends and neighbors can turn others in, remain in the shadows, and get paid for their information or rewarded in some other capacity. If CPS is going to remove children from their parents, they should at least know what crime they are allegedly guilty of, and they should receive a fair hearing on the matter before their children can be removed from their homes. The system should allow the parents to decide if they would like the matter to become public. Not only would this allow their case to be heard by a wider audience, but it may immediately exonerate the parents and allow their children to come home, or to remain at home. Secrecy favors those in the system who have all the power and hold all the cards, and this certainly is not the parents.

To put these Nazi and Communist comments in perspective, I think it is important to note that the CPS has often conducted these raids upon the family to remove children from their homes in the middle of the night, when they know others like neighbors will not be watching, and people that they may typically be able to call for help against some of these unlawful and unconstitutional actions will not be available. These middle of the night raids under the cover of darkness indicate the type of darkness this part of the CPS system is capable of.

Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Deaths.

SIDS deaths were a much more common occurrence when the highly toxic original DPT shots were administered to children up until the early 1990s, when we switched over to the much safer Japanese invented DTaP and other less toxic varieties of this vaccine type. After this vaccine transition, less SIDS deaths were recorded, but they still happen.

And when a SIDS death happens, the parents are horrified and depressed. And the parents report this death to the appropriate authorities to let them know what has happened.

What do you think CPS does in such a situation? There were multiple stories in the book which indicated that the CPS and local authorities blamed the parents for the SIDS death of the child and then took custody of all their remaining children. They did not charge the parents with a crime. There was no fair hearing on the matter. CPS just removed all their remaining children and placed them in foster care. Please remember that there is a financial incentive for the state to do this.

Just when the parents think the worst thing ever has happened in their lives, and one of their children died unexpectedly in their sleep, the end result was that they lost all of their remaining children without cause, explanation, criminal charges being brought against them, or even a hearing on the matter. What kind of country are we really living in anyway?

Vitamin D deficiency, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and other medical issues can cause brittle and/or broken bones in infants, and this is common knowledge in the medical community.

For another example, let us just say you are a parent, and you see an unexpected bruise on your child’s skin, and this concerns you. So you take your child into the emergency room or to your pediatrician and show them the bruise on the child’s skin. They get an x-ray, and it shows there is a broken bone. The doctor and/or hospital staff are then required to call CPS due to an unexplained broken bone. Here is another example of how seeking help can turn into a family nightmare, resulting in the loss of your children to the foster care system.

Instead of researching the cause and finding it to be a vitamin D deficiency or some other explainable medical condition, they just assume the worst, and let others know your child has unexplained broken bones and accuse the parents of being bad people who intentionally hurt their children. Simply handling an infant with severe vitamin D deficiency or other conditions which cause brittle bones can result in easily broken bones. This is common knowledge in the pediatric world. However, it is not common knowledge among the general population.

A child with broken bones can not only end up with you losing your child, it can ruin your reputation as well, as the CPS along with the media reports on what you are suspected of being guilty of as justification for them removing the child from your home. This could result in the loss of your job, your home, your remaining children, and life as you had known it. All due to wanting to know about a bruise on your child’s skin that you were concerned about.

Very rarely are charges made. The state has a valid reason to take away your children because you are suspected of doing something wrong. And there is a financial incentive in place for the state to take your children away. And again, there is no proven evidence of abuse and no investigation, just destruction of the family.

States get federal money when children are placed in foster homes.

In days gone by, when the CPS system had a heart and really wanted what was in the best interests of the child, the state would try to find another person within the family to take the child or children if it was determined that the parents were unfit to raise them. This is no longer the case. The state will not receive federal money unless the children are placed in foster homes. The state will receive no federal money if the child or children are placed with relatives. In other words, grandma and grandpa will likely never see their grandchildren again once they are within the foster system.

This financial incentive to permanently remove children from those of their own blood and people they care about should be eliminated. This destruction of the family is monstrous. Children generally do not prosper in foster homes. They languish and suffer. Then they are removed from all the people they have ever known and/or loved, and they become isolated. The system has come to be heartless and cruel, and only about making money.

What can happen after the child is placed in a foster home?

If the parents know their children are especially sensitive to vaccines, and should not get them, vaccines may be administered anyway once they are in a foster home. This could end up causing vaccine damaged children, or worse. If children are exceptionally sensitive to vaccines, they can die as a result of vaccination.

Since foster homes and foster parents are given extra money for children with mental health conditions, many foster parents automatically refer the children under their care to a mental health physician who is favorable to the foster parents, and they place the child on medication. There is a financial incentive to diagnose a real or fictitious mental health condition, foster parents are likely to be repeat customers, and foster parents receive extra money for having foster children with mental health issues. If the child had no mental problems before, then they are likely to have mental health conditions after they are forced on these drugs against their will and taken away from everyone they have ever known and loved.

Sex offenders are attracted to working in foster homes and being foster parents. They have a constant source of prey for their behaviors and children cannot escape their custody on their own volition. The internet is rife with stories about the sexual exploitation of children in foster homes. These wrongs are occurring each and every day.

And Big Pharma wins again. Cheap guinea pigs for Drug and Vaccine studies:

“Organizations that advocate for the rights of parents to make decisions regarding children’s healthcare are finding that foster children in CPS custody are being enrolled in drug experiments without parent approval.” Pg 122

Big Pharma needs children for pediatric drug studies. There are monetary incentives in place for the foster parents to hand over these children for drug experimentation. This is exactly what the bill called Justina’s Law was attempting to stop. This drug experimentation on wards of the state should be eliminated. We should look into reviving Justina’s Law, which died in committee as a bill, and getting it passed as a law in Congress so that these children will be protected from Big Pharma.

State Juvenile or Family Court records were kept secret in the beginning of the foster care program to protect children. Now this secrecy is being used to drug children for profits by Big Pharma and the foster parents, and any physical, mental, or other abuses they suffer while in foster care are kept hidden behind a veil of secrecy. All information related to foster children’s healthcare and living conditions should be accessible at least to an unbiased independent group of local volunteer monitors in the community which are concerned about foster children and their health and well-being, so they can be assured that the children are not suffering great injury at the hands of their foster parents or the foster system.

Foster care and adoption of these children by others who are not related to the children bring great financial rewards to the state from the federal coffers. This federal money should end, and the 10th Amendment should be followed in these family-related state healthcare issues.

Author’s Conclusion:

“CPS Does Not Help Families, But Destroys Them.”

“The lofty goal that CPS once had many decades ago to strengthen dysfunctional families and restore children to a safe and loving environment with their biological parents or close relatives is long gone. Today, CPS does not fix families, rather, it destroys families in order to provide pediatric subjects for clinical drug trials, to provide desirable children for adoption, and to keep federal dollars flowing into the state CPS budget.” Pg 129.

This conclusion may seem a bit harsh. CPS does provide a service for children who are suffering in their home environment, and who need to be removed from these circumstances. However, the author points out widespread abuses happening within the system related to medical kidnapping. The system needs to change. A few people who care have attempted to change the system, including some lawmakers.

One of these few brave people who tried to change the system and stand up to CPS was Senator Nancy Schaefer. She spoke out against CPS and was in the process of making a documentary on the wrongdoings of this agency before she was murdered. It was highly suspicious timing to say the least. Nancy Schaefer believed the CPS should be completely dissolved. In her own words, “All federal funding needs to be cut off, and the rescuing of truly abused children in homes needs to become a function of law enforcement, and not social workers. This would provide due process of law.” Pg 205

There were also House and Senate subcommittees which did investigations into these matters. Wally Herger, congressman from California stated, “We know the children have been used without proper supervision for drug testing.” Pg 137

One such news story reported on a related study, “…authors of a new study questioned why 396 children under 4 years old covered by Medicaid were prescribed psychiatric drugs. Some of these children were less than 1 year old.” Pg 139.

How many infants do you know with mental health issues? They are selfish, needy, cry a lot, and are overly demanding for attention. Are these the traits that were cited for them needing to be drugged?

Any doctor that would write a prescription for an infant due to alleged mental health issues ought to have their license revoked, and they should face real consequences for their part in this shameful and blatant child abuse. How could they possibly diagnose a mental disorder on a child less than one year old, and justify giving them prescription psychiatric medication?

These are blatant signs of corruption, collusion, and wrongdoing in a system set up primarily for making money. It is readily apparent that public oversight is needed in these cases when wards of the state are being abused in these ways, being drugged by foster parents, and/or being used for drug studies by Big Pharma.

Confidentiality laws and their veil of secrecy for children in the foster care system needs to be lifted, at least to a group of unbiased, independent monitors so that any crimes or injustices being committed to the most helpless, vulnerable, and innocent of society can be exposed and rectified.

The information found within this book is valuable, and the information needs to be disseminated among people so that we can end these violations of parent’s rights and the abuse and exploitation of children in this country.

BOOK REVIEW - Medical Kidnapping: A Threat to Every Family in America. Brian Shilhavy. 2016

Introduction.

This is a book that requires a longer review due to the subject content. The author appeared to be in a bit of a hurry to get this book to press, for what can be described as an urgency due to children suffering and being exploited in various ways by an unjust system. I wish the author had taken more time to explain the circumstances involved in these individual cases, so I could have a better understanding of what was happening in their homes and lives.

Let’s start in the beginning. Children were being abused in some family situations and the government wanted to help. As has been seen over time in a variety of situations, when the federal government becomes involved in what should be state or local issues, there are often problems. These problems were plainly stated by a former congresswoman, Senator Nancy Schaefer:

“… the financial motive for the State to legally kidnap children was put in place in 1974 by Walter Mondale with the ‘Adoption and Families Act.’ This was later expanded by President Bill Clinton in 1997 with The Adoption and Safe Families Act that gave states cash bonuses for every child adopted out of foster care.” Pg 203.

This is another example in the history of our country when good intentions created bad results. According to Senator Nancy Schaefer, Child Protective Services (CPS) is unconstitutional. She expands further on this topic and sums it up in this way:

“The Department of Child Protective Services has become a protected empire. It’s built on taking children and separating families.” Pg 202.

After this above-mentioned bill was signed, the law went into effect that gave states federal money for every child which was taken from their original family, placed into the foster system, and then adopted by foster parents. The scramble by states for this federal money caused many problems. It provided financial incentives for states to remove children from their homes, and also from any relatives like grandparents. It did not safeguard parental rights of their children, and it did not guard human or constitutional rights of parents or their children. The author’s main concerns are only a part of this Child Protective Services (CPS) system, where children are being removed from their families due to medical kidnapping, without due process of law, and often due to a disagreement over diagnosis between the family doctor and other doctors in the healthcare industry.

This CPS system began due to problems within the home. Unfortunately, not all parents are good parents, and sometimes the children need to be removed from their homes. This is why we have CPS and a foster system. There are children who need to be protected from their parents and their home environment. The author never mentions any benefits that this service is providing, he is only focusing on one part of the CPS, which is medical kidnapping by the state, and this one part appears to be out of control and in violation of children’s and parent’s rights.

Most of us know and understand a little bit about the foster care part of the Child Protective Service (CPS) program. We have had relatives, neighbors, and friends who have or had foster children. Most of these people who want to be foster parents and have foster children are people who want to provide love and a family for children who find themselves removed from their parents and original family. Most of these foster parents who offer to bring these children into their homes have big hearts, and they want to share their hearts and their homes with these children, and to provide them with a better future.

Unfortunately, not all foster parents are good parents either. Some of these foster parents appear to be gaming the system and using children as money making objects. They realize they can get extra money if the children are diagnosed with a mental disease and given drugs. Also, they allow their foster children to be used in vaccine and drug trials by Big Pharma, because that is also good extra money. When there are monetary incentives to drug children and allow them to be used as lab rats in a drug trial, you can be sure that a certain number of foster parents will not pass up these monetary opportunities. These are some of the bad parts of the system the author is exposing, and he shows us that the end results of this CPS abduction of children can result not only in a loss of protecting of children and their rights, but rather a systemic exploitation of them for profit by foster parents, the state and Big Pharma. Financial incentives for drugging foster children and allowing them to be used in drug and vaccine trials should be removed.

What is Medical Kidnapping?

Medical Kidnapping as defined by the author: “…the state taking away children from their parents and putting them into state custody and the foster care system, simply because the parents did not agree with a doctor regarding their prescribed medical treatment for the family. In some cases it is as simple as telling a doctor you are going to seek a second opinion on a suggested medical procedure, and then ending up being charged with ‘medical abuse’ and losing your children.” Pg 10.

Unless the situation is dire, and the child is in imminent threat of death, there should always be time for a second opinion. Doctors are fallible, so this is a rule that makes a lot of sense. Emergency surgeries that one doctor believes a child needs right away are sometimes argued against by a second doctor who disagrees not only with the surgery, but also the first diagnosis as a whole. When we understand that medicine is more of an art than a science, then we can better understand the complications of arriving at a diagnosis. Medicine is not like math. There is not always one right solution. Therefore, it makes sense to get a second opinion.

When parents and their family doctor are overruled by doctors in the hospital and/or emergency room, this can allow the state to move in and medically kidnap your child “in the best interests of the child.” When children are unlawfully taken away due to medical kidnapping, and without due process of law, parents are desperate and looking for help, because this should not have happened to them. If they were bad parents and did things to the child they were ashamed of, they would probably not want the whole world to know about it. If parents seek publicity for their case, this is a sign not only of their desperation, but possibly also of their innocence. In the obverse, if the judge issues a gag order on their case, and disallows them to speak publicly about it, this is a sign that the justice system and CPS are ashamed of their actions and guilty of criminality, and don’t want others to know about it. Why else would the judge issue a gag order not to speak publicly about the case?

According to Google, Gag orders are used for several purposes:

1> Protecting sensitive information
2> Ensuring fair trials
3> Controlling the media

In these medical kidnapping cases, the judge is not issuing a gag order to protect sensitive information or to ensure a fair trial, because there is no sensitive or confidential information related to the case and there is usually no trial. Therefore, these gag orders are issued to keep the parent’s quiet and not allow them to speak to the media.

In these instances, gag orders appear to be a violation of the parent’s First Amendment (freedom of speech) rights. What reasoning can be used to stop parents from being allowed to speak publicly about their case, after their child has been removed from their custody? You may hear “It’s in the best interests of the child,” or some such rubbish. But the truth of the matter is that the child in the case has already been removed from their parents and into state custody and/or the foster system, and this public banter will not really affect them one way or another after being removed from their homes. It is an excuse used only to make the process easier for child removal and to keep parents quiet so CPS does not get more bad press than they already have, and so they can keep their child abduction business going smoothly.

Justina Pelletier

“Justina Pelletier was taken away from her parents by force at the age of 15, and held for over a year as Boston Children’s Hospital kept her confined in their psych ward. They disagreed with the family’s doctor over her diagnosis, and had the state’s ‘child protection’ social service agency seize custody of her away from her parents, against her will and the will of her parents. What ensued was a long legal battle to get their daughter back, that probably only ended positively because her story went viral and was picked up by mainstream media, because her father refused to obey a court-directed gag order and went to the media with their story.” Pg 19-20.

There is a lot involved in this little paragraph. Allow me to attempt to break it down and do Justina and her family a little justice. Firstly, there was a disagreement between the hospital staff and the family’s doctor over her diagnosis. Here is an example of what happens when the state and local hospitals can rule over parents and their chosen physicians. The parents were obviously taking care of their daughter. They knew she had a condition that required a doctor, and this family doctor was helping Justina. It is clear that the child was being taken care of to the best of the parent’s abilities, and the parents were considering what was in the best interest of the child. But the state disagreed with the parents and their family doctor and took her from her parents based on those very grounds, “what was in the best interests of the child.” They overruled the parents and their family physician, and they medically kidnapped the child from her parents. This is wrong on many levels.

Why would they take away the child in this situation? When you look at the money involved, then you can often see the intentions behind the decisions. The federal government would be paying the hospital bills, which would be exorbitant. Also, instead of a physical disease as the family doctor had diagnosed, the hospital decided it was a mental disease. Once Justina was medically kidnapped and became a ward of the state, this allowed doctors and the hospital to give her drug treatments based on their mental disease diagnosis against her parents’ consent and against the diagnosis of their family doctor.

And as usual in these circumstances, the judge issued a gag order on the case, which not only indicates the judge is involved in the maladministration of justice and complicit in this medical kidnapping, but that the parent’s first amendment rights were being trampled upon. If the hospital and their staff were really doing a good thing and rescuing this child from a terrible situation, wouldn’t they want the whole world to know how great, how loving, and how caring they are to save a child from such a terrible demise? All of this reeks of corruption of the justice system, the overreach of government and local medical authorities, and the abuse of the parent’s and child’s civil and human rights. All of this should not have happened. Where is the law? Why is the constitution not being followed or obeyed, even by the judge? How could this happen?

While this medical kidnapping was happening, the father called 9-1-1 and told the dispatcher he believed the hospital was kidnapping his daughter. Instead of following the law and the Constitution of the United States, the police let the kidnappers keep the child in their care and escorted the parents out of the hospital. Even local law enforcement did not follow the true code of law. They appeared more to be directed by the rule of “Pharmacracy” rather than of Democracy. A note or call from the parent’s physician given to the police should have been enough to obtain the release of the child from her forced hospital imprisonment. Later this same day, the hospital declared they would be taking over custody of the child, and they accused the parents of medical negligence, all due to a difference in medical opinion by doctors. A small moral of this story is that when profit is involved, beware of the doctor’s medical opinion.

All that was required to complete this medical kidnapping was an accusation of medical negligence against the parents by the doctors and hospital staff. Isn’t this also a violation of the constitution?

14th Amendment:

“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law: nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

What can we learn from this? All that was needed to medically kidnap the child was an accusation made by the hospital against the parents. Again, the parents’ constitutional rights were trampled upon. And also, the child’s rights were taken away, as was her liberty.

The 14th Amendment goes along with part of the 5th Amendment, which clearly states that “A person cannot be imprisoned without due process of law, which means fair procedures and trials.”

She was imprisoned in the hospital for over a year against her will, against the wishes of her parents, and against the diagnosis and advice of their family doctor. It took media pressure, a court case, attorneys, and lots of money to get her out of the hospital and back to her home. Her parents were found not guilty of negligence and child abuse, and they finally got their child back home where she belonged. Therefore, none of this should have happened. And none of it would have happened if any part of this legal system was following the Constitution of the United States. The system has been corrupted by the pursuit of federal money given to states to remove children from their parents and their homes.

In a court case filed by the parents against the hospital, the hospital was found “not medically negligent” in their treatment of Justina. This means that there was not enough evidence to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the hospital was medically negligent due to their diagnosis and treatment of Justina. But it should have been proven they overstepped the human and civil rights of the daughter and her parents. This makes one wonder how much the justice system has been corrupted in favor of big business and against the rights of individuals. And this question brings us to a bill which was named "Justina’s Law," which never became a law, but it should be, which:

“prohibits the use of federal funds to conduct or support research involving a ward of the state in which the individual’s health is subjected to greater than minimal risk with no or minimal prospect of direct benefit.”

In other words, do not allow wards of the state to be used in drug and/or vaccine trials or any kind of experimentation unauthorized by the parents after the parents have been removed as legal guardians of the child and/or children. This bill was proposed in the Congress of the United States to be approved as a law, and it had wide public support, but it died in committee. Why would it die in committee, you might ask?

If this Justina's Law were to be passed and made into a law, then Big Pharma would no longer be allowed access to children in foster care for their drug and/or vaccine trials. This would deprive them of their guinea pigs, and it would dampen their prospects to get new drugs and vaccines approved due to lack of trial subjects. Big Pharma has corrupted the legal process. Big Pharma appears to be responsible for killing the bill. They appear to have more power in the Congress than the people who have voted for their lawmakers to be elected. This is how big the corruption of this country has become due to the money of Big Pharma.

If we disallow federal funding to individual state healthcare systems and if we follow the Constitution of The United States, then we can prevent this federal funding for state approved kidnapping from being an issue. The 10th Amendment of the United States:

“…any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government, nor withheld from the states, are reserved to those respective states, or to the people at large.”

Give the power back to the states and to the people. And take it away from Big Government and Big Pharma. Disallow federal money to be involved in internal healthcare matters of individual states.

What else can we learn from this case? It was never really resolved beyond the shadow of a doubt what was truly wrong with Justina Pelletier. What is known is that doctors and a large, highly respected hospital ruled over the wishes of helpless parents and their own medical doctor and his opinion. The rights of the individuals in this case were not upheld.

In a case where the truth of an illness is in dispute between different doctors, justice should always side with parents and their chosen professional rather than with the hospitals and their staff, and state and local law enforcement. Parents have the most to gain or to lose based upon a diagnosis, and parents have responsibility for their children until they become adults, so therefore parents and their chosen health provider should have the final say in any such decision.

I am sorry about the length of this book review. However, it is important to address the examples provided in the book and how they are affected by the laws and their execution as implemented by the federal, state, and local powers that be.

Parent's Rights.

In the last part of My Story, there were a few strange things that happened in relation to the pediatric office visits with my daughter, her pediatrician, and the pediatric office staff. These things sparked questions in my mind, and I felt compelled to find answers.

There was a piece of paper they pushed at my daughter. It was a psychological profile. They would only allow me as a parent to see this paper after my daughter gave me permission. Did my daughter, along with the office staff, have authority over parents in this setting? It was strange, to say the least. Therefore, the doctor’s office seemed to be attempting to usurp the parent’s authority and rights over the child, and to take control of these in their office setting. This seemed to be a violation of parent’s rights and also of common sense.

As I did more research into the matter, I found this rather to be the rule rather than the exception. Also, I found that parents and their role in children’s lives have become diminished as others in children’s lives have become more important in making decisions for the children. These people not only include pediatric doctors and their office staff, but school officials, teachers, guidance counselors, and nursing staff at their schools. All these different ways parents’ rights were being stepped on appeared to be connected to Big Pharma and their tentacles of power reaching far and wide into innumerable areas of our lives.

Lately in the news there have been heart-wrenching stories I have seen about how parents have been overruled by those outside of their home and family, thereby exercising control of decisions which may be important in determining the child’s future. Almost all of these are overreach by those in the community who wish to supersede the parent’s ability to determine what is in the best interests of the child and/or children involved.

Many parents have been forced to give their children psychiatric drugs.

Many of the ways local and state authorities take over the decision-making process from parents involve a few different subjects. One example of this is how some teachers push children they feel are disruptive in class, usually boys, to take an ADHD diagnostic test at a doctor’s office, so they can push parents into drugging the child so their class can proceed uninterrupted. Boys tend to have a lot more energy and are more often disruptive in class, while girls tend to be quieter. It is probably due to this difference that boys are more often diagnosed with ADHD than girls.

After diagnosis, it seems that teachers have the right to disallow these ADHD diagnosed children from being in their class unless they are on their medication. Methylphenidate, the drug used for this purpose and also known in branding as Ritalin, Concerta, Daytrana, Aptensio XR, QuilliChew ER, et al is a serious drug, and one of its worst side effects after no longer taking it is the desire to commit suicide. Do not let anyone fool you about this drug they tout as the “smart pill.” There is nothing smart about it. The first four letters give its true nature away: METH.

2 years ago, in 2022, marked the 20th anniversary of an organization called Citizens Commission on Human Rights International (CCHR) which was established to fight against coercive psychiatric treatment, especially of the drugging of children in the United States. From an internet article titled “20th Anniversary of Fight for Kids Campaign Against Psychiatric Abuse” dated November 7, 2022 by CCHR International:

“In 2002, CCHR documented how parents were being forced to give their children psychiatric drugs as a condition of attending school or else face charges of medical neglect.”

“Children were expected to ‘Say No to Drugs’ but ‘Yes’ to Ritalin – a prescription drug the Drug Enforcement Administration says is more potent than cocaine. They were prescribed it for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), for which there is not a single medical test to confirm its validity as a ‘disease’ or ‘disorder’ and for which psychiatrists could not establish any etiology.”

CCHR has “Worked with media to expose the link between psychiatric drugs and violence and suicide, documenting dozens of school shootings where the teens were taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs at the time. (Psychiatric drug withdrawal is also linked to hostile behavior.)”

The Columbine High School shooting in 1999 was a prime example of this. Eric Harris, 18, was the shooter and was taking antidepressants at the time.

CCHR “Contributed to the nationwide push against antipsychotic drugging of children especially those in foster care… helped obtain six state laws prohibiting Child Protective Services from forcing parents or foster parents to drug children, which stopped CPS from the astounding practice of filing criminal charges against parents who refused to drug their child, claiming it was ‘medical neglect.’”

This next quote made me shudder as I began to realize why the nurse passed that mental health screening paper to my daughter in the pediatric office. It was to determine if my child was “troubled and needed help,” which is another way of asking if my child needed psychiatric drugs that Big Pharma would be happy to provide. A law in Florida was passed concerning these mental health screenings:

“The law which was subsequently unanimously passed not only made it illegal to force parents to drug their school-age children as a punitive requirement for their education, but also prohibited the use of mental health tests, screenings, or questionnaires without parental consent – where previously a parent’s right to be informed and to choose had been usurped.”

These screenings had been set up with the intent of allegedly helping children that needed help. But underneath this was the insidious snare of Big Pharma again finding ways to push and promote their products on an unsuspecting citizenry. It proved to be a brilliant marketing plan to push and promote prescription drug use in the adolescent population. They made billions. TeenScreen was one of these programs.

“Promoted as an aid to preventing suicide and identifying so-called mental disorders, TeenScreen is in fact a nefarious effort to recruit our children into the quagmire of biological psychiatry. It was developed and promoted by persons with deep financial ties to makers of psychiatric drugs.”

Big Pharma is behind this push to force children on drugs. Here is one last quote from this article which nicely sums this up for us.

“There have been significant billions of dollars spent on the advertising and marketing of psychotropic drugs, for which a return is expected of increased numbers of children and adolescents taking drugs that can have serious adverse effects, including suicide and violence.”

Childhood is not a disease. Acting like a child in a classroom setting is not an indication that they need drugs to calm down. It is more likely a sign that children are bored in this setting. We need to keep finding more ways to keep children engaged in learning in the classroom. If a child begins acting up, usually it is a boy who needs to expend the pent-up energy they have. Instead of sending them to a doctor to get a prescription for drugs, why not find a different way to let them unleash this energy, and to come back to class after they do so? Drugs are not the answer.

Sex Change Operations and Hormone Therapy.

Another example of parents losing their rights for determining what is best for their own children was the desire for a sex change operation or hormone treatments by adolescents. Teachers, guidance counselors, school administrators, and nurses have sometimes decided that the children’s wants and needs were not being heard, and they demanded that the children’ s desire for a sex change procedure should overrule parent’s objections. In this example, people outside of the children’s home wanted children to be treated as adults, and be able to decide on irreversible life-changing medical procedures by themselves. But this is not right, they are not adults. If they can’t legally vote, drink alcohol, go to an R-rated movie, or buy cigarettes, then why should they be allowed to decide on a serious medical intervention that they may later regret as adults? They still need parents’ help and guidance to make good decisions for their lives and futures. These children need to be protected by their parents.

This is a controversial issue to be sure. But think about it as if you were a teenager. You are impatient. You are in a hurry. You think you know who you are. You want to change your sex and your identity now. But the fact of the matter is you may just have to wait. And waiting could be a good thing, because you may later change your mind. If you go to the amusement park, you have to wait for your turn. If you go anywhere people are congregated, you will have to wait in line. If you want to see a doctor, you need to make an appointment, and you may have to wait months to see the doctor. Life has a way of teaching us to be patient. Learning to be patient is a blessing. And waiting until you are an adult to do an irreversible sex change operation or hormone therapy may give you the time you need to think things through. Then you can decide what you want to do after you become an adult.

Let’s go back to parents being overruled and having their rights as parents trampled upon. There was an internet article dated 7/13/2023 titled “Gov. Mills Signs Law Allowing 16- and 17- year Olds to Receive Sex Change Hormone Therapy Without Parental Consent.” By Libby Palanza. In this article:

“Gov. Janet Mills (D) signed LD 535 into law Tuesday, which means minors aged 16 and 17 can receive hormone therapies prescribed to alter their physical sexual characteristics without parental consent and despite parental objections.”

“Under the new law, 16- and 17-year-olds ‘diagnosed with gender dysphoria by a health care professional’ may be provided ‘gender-affirming hormone therapy’ without the consent of a parent if they inform their health care provider that they ‘discussed’ their gender dysphoria with ‘a parent or guardian’ who subsequently ‘refused to support treatment.’”

If you can’t get your parents on board with your wishes, then the state and Big Pharma are there to “help.” Chalk up another victory for Big Pharma, and another loss for parental rights. Big Pharma gets to provide the very expensive drugs and hormone treatments, and the taxpayers get to pay for the bill. Federal money for these things should not be allowed. We need to enforce the 10th Amendment and allow the states and the people to control our own destinies.

There is another internet article titled “Detransitioners, parents demand end to ‘butchery’ of children through sex-change surgeries.” By Peter Pinedo dated 12/6/2024. In this article a few people who regretted that they did the sex change surgeries and hormone therapies spoke out:

“There was also a significant presence of former transgender people – “detransitioners” – many of whom said they did not want more children to undergo the negative health effects they had endured due to sex-altering treatments.”

“I had trauma already, which made me have an identity crisis, and then I had even more trauma from the medicalization,” Becker added. “That’s a permanent effect I live with for the rest of my life.”

“I’m three years off of testosterone, and I still experience pelvic floor dysfunction,” she said. “My voice hurts, I can’t raise my voice very loud, it hurts to talk. It hurts. It’s not a fun life to live. I would like to keep other children from being forced to live this life.”

Also from this same internet article is more on loss of parent’s rights due to transgender issues.

“Adam Vena, a father from California, said he had lost custody of his son ‘because I was not a gender-affirming parent.’”

“There were also several parents of transgender children who have been denied custody and access to their children because they would not affirm their transgender identities.”

“A California court ordered my son to go to a gender clinic at a Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. When I requested to sit in on the gender assessment, they denied me access to ask my own questions as his father,” he explained. “They also denied me a phone call. So, me being a father has been completely cut out of my son’s life.”

Do you see a pattern here, which is just under the radar of what we are focusing our attention on?

Big Pharma is providing lawmakers campaign contributions and other enticements so they will propose laws that limit parents’ rights while also pushing and promoting laws which helps Big Pharma sell their products to make more money. Big Pharma, the lobbyists of Big Pharma, and elected officials who can enact and enforce laws, are coming together to deprive parents of their rights as parents, and Big Pharma is getting richer while our elected lawmakers feed at the trough of Big Pharma money. Parents’ rights are being taken away, and others are allowing and approving children to overstep parental boundaries and receive medical procedures (hormone treatments) take place against the parent’s wishes. This is not right.

Common sense should rule here. If the children cannot join the army, buy a beer at the store, or go to the movie theater and watch an R rated movie, then why on earth should they be allowed to do something which may prove irreversible, and which they may regret, as many of them have later attested to in hindsight? When these children become adults and realize they were pressured to do this by others, such as adults with ulterior motives, or others of their own age group in a typical peer pressure situation, they can end up committing suicide or suffer depression from which they may never recover. They are children and they are still learning what the world is about. They need protection not only from others around them, but from themselves. What seems like a good idea one moment may not be such a great idea the next. Give them time to grow and mature. When they become adults, then they can make these decisions for themselves. In the meantime, let the parents do their job, which is to protect and raise their children to the best of their abilities.

Forced Vaccinations or No School.

One more example of parents’ rights being violated was whether the school has the right to demand children be vaccinated to attend school, even if parents have a doctor’s note clearly stating that a child has had extreme reactions to vaccines, and that these may cause serious health problems for the child. In many states, school districts have declared children cannot attend school unless they have vaccines as required by state law. And if a child is blocked from school due to lack of vaccination and does not attend school or get an education from somewhere as the state requires, then parents can be charged with child neglect, and their child can be taken away from them and placed in the foster system.

What kind of choice is this for a parent with a child that has been shown to be sensitive to vaccines? Either injure your high-risk child with vaccines and be allowed to attend public school or protect your child’s health by not vaccinating them, only to lose your child to the foster system, which will then likely give them the vaccines as required by state law.

It is interesting to note here that some of these state laws requiring vaccination have been written wholly or in part by those who represent Big Pharma and are put into place as law by lawmakers who have received money through lobbyists on Big Pharma’s behalf. The system is corrupt.

These are issues for parents to discuss with their children and/or doctor, and then for the parents to decide what is best for their children. The state and federal government, and local school officials and their administration should keep out of these things as they are family matters. And parents, along with the advice from their own chosen healthcare professionals, should decide what is the best treatment, if any, for their children. The parents should decide what is best for their children and their family, and this authority should not be overruled by others.

Is our Democracy becoming a Totalitarian State?

Unless I am in a totalitarian state where the state controls all things related to the family and their children, then it is easy to see that there is something wrong here. In a democracy, freedom is the right of every individual. In a free country, you have choices about what you believe, how you live, how you raise your children, what you teach your children or agree that others teach them, and what medical treatments and/or procedures you allow others to administer to them. In a democracy, it is up to parents and/or the guardians of the children to determine these things.

In addition to these above examples of parent’s rights being violated, I also learned that there was federal money floating to the states for various things related to child healthcare and other related healthcare policies. This appears to be a clear violation of the 10th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, which states that: “Any powers not given to the federal government are reserved for the states or the people.” Federal money is sometimes being used to take children away from their parents in a process called medical kidnapping of children. This kidnapping often takes place when there is a difference of opinion between the parent’s chosen healthcare professional and the staff at the local emergency room or hospital. The family physician that has known the child all their lives is sometimes superseded in authority and decision making by other local doctors and hospital staff. The federal money that is in play seems a determining factor for overruling the family’s chosen physician. It is just another example of corruption within the system, and an example of how parent’s and children’s rights and therefore the constitutional rights of individuals are being trampled upon, so that Big Government and Big Pharma can get what they want. This will be looked into more thoroughly over the next two weeks, as I take a deep dive and do a book review on this topic. The book is titled Medical Kidnapping, and author is Brian Shilhavy, owner of Health Impact News. This book was written in 2016 and is still very relevant today.

The federal government is a poor allocator of resources generally. If there was a pothole on your street, would you rather have the federal government in charge of repairing this pothole, or would you prefer the local government to fix it? An easy question to answer. As a rule, it generally takes the federal government much longer to do a job, any job. That is because it is a giant bureaucracy. This is why at a local level things get done faster and with better results.

Regarding healthcare, local government decision making as it relates to children’s health and healthcare should be the rule, and the federal government should stay out of this altogether. Too much federal money has created massive corruption within the system, as those who are involved scramble to get at this money. Let the 10th Amendment be followed, and much of this corruption will quickly come to an end.

The research related to this subject led me to one of my solutions for healthcare in this country. It is Solution #3. This is an excerpt from my book: Louis Pasteur Condemns Big Pharma: Vaccines, Drugs, and Healthcare in the United States:

“Solution #3. PARENTS SHOULD DECIDE WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THEIR CHILDREN. No drugs, vaccines, or medical procedures of any kind should be given or done to any child without the knowledge, approval, and consent of the parents or guardians of that child. No federal funding for children’s services within individual states for foster care or adoption should be allowed, as this violates the 10th Amendment of the Constitution, and encourages medical kidnapping by the states. Medical kidnapping by the state and their children’s health services due to a difference of professional medical opinion in health treatments for children should be disallowed. Doctors make mistakes. Therefore, one doctor’s diagnosis or opinion should never be considered enough evidence to take a child away from their parents. The parents/guardians, along with the advice of their own healthcare providers and not the state, shall determine what the acceptable treatment, if any, for any health condition present in their children should be. Parental rights and determination regarding children’s health treatment in cooperation with a licensed healthcare provider supersedes any local medical or governmental authority.

This recent movement to take away the rights and responsibilities from parents or their guardians must stop. It makes no sense. Children are not old enough or mature enough to make decisions which could affect the rest of their lives. They are children, and do not have the experience to make such decisions. This is a parent’s job. Parents are the ones responsible for their children, not the state, the school, or the doctor’s office. If others do these things without parental consent or knowledge and the child is killed or injured permanently from medical treatments, procedures, drugs, or vaccines, then who will be responsible for burying the child, or taking care of the disabled child for the remainder of their lives? It is the parents. Therefore, parents should have the ultimate authority over their children and their healthcare until the children become adults, at which time they can then make their own decisions for their lives and their healthcare options. The exception to this rule is if the children (<18 years old) are emancipated from their parents and/or are living apart from their parents and are responsible for their own welfare.”

Let me just reiterate that last sentence of Solution #3 on what I believe to be a quintessential right of the parents. Parents along with their own chosen healthcare professional should rule above anyone else’s opinion, even the president of the United States and his entire medical staff, and even including the best and most prestigious doctors and hospitals in the world. It is the parents, along with their own chosen healthcare professionals, who should determine what is right for their children and their family.

This is America, and this is why many people from distant lands from all around the world wanted to come here and be a part of this grand experiment in freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and freedom to raise children in a way they choose, with very little involvement from a government, which should come into play rarely if at all. Let the parents decide what is right for their children.

The Ultimatum: Follow CDC vaccine schedule or find a different pediatric office.

In last week’s blog I presented what was happening in my daughter’s pediatric office. We had been officially blocked by the office from seeing the doctor unless we agreed to get caught up on our daughter’s vaccines in accordance with the recommended CDC schedule.

When I voiced concern about these vaccines and expressed my opinion that it was likely that the vaccines had caused my daughter’s allergic conditions of rhinitis and eczema, we were told we did not know what we were talking about, and we were ridiculed for even considering such a belief to be true. Their opinion was that vaccines have been proven to be safe and effective, and anyone who holds a belief other than this does not have a clue.

Something was not right, and I wanted to learn the truth. What I found while doing research on this subject was shocking. The truth was that most pediatric doctors and their offices make money by promoting vaccinations in the form of yearend bonuses by how many or what percentage of patients are receiving their CDC recommended vaccinations on time by insurance companies and/or pharmaceutical companies. This is a blatant conflict of interest.

This fact helped me to understand the attitude of the pediatric doctors and their office staff. Throughout history until now, doctors have always listened to patients’ concerns about their conditions and looked at this as pertinent information to be considered, because sometimes it is not easy to understand what factors cause disease conditions to occur. All information was considered to be possibly relevant information.

But now it is different, doctors and their office staff do not want to hear anything which prevents them from making money. The doctors and their office’s interests have been compromised. They are no longer just serving their patients. Their interests are divided. This has caused them to discriminate against anyone who holds opposing views. These doctors and their offices have been jaded and manipulated into serving the interests of Big Pharma and insurance companies rather than rendering honest opinions and protecting the health and well-being of children. They have chosen to serve money instead of health and truth. It has been said that no man can serve two masters well, and here we have a prime example of this age old truth.

This led me to my first solution for this healthcare industry in the United States. This solution is an excerpt from my book: Louis Pasteur Condemns Big Pharma: Vaccines, Drugs, and Healthcare in the United States:

“Solution #1. ELIMINATE PAYOFFS IN CLINICS TO PROMOTE VACCINATIONS. It should be illegal for doctors to accept bonuses or other incentives from insurance or pharmaceutical companies for vaccinating patients. This practice is clearly a conflict of interest.

When you take your child to a doctor, you want them to focus on your child and their health, and not on a yearend bonus some other company is paying to push vaccines. These bonuses/kickbacks provide a monetary incentive to the doctor and their office not related to the patient’s health, which is clearly a conflict of interest, and should be illegal. Without this bonus/kickback in their minds, perhaps the doctors can get back in the business of simply taking care of their patients, answering their questions, and providing them with better overall healthcare. If the pediatric office has no money dangling over them in the form of bonuses/kickbacks, then there should be no incentive to bar entrance to any family who wants to receive healthcare, unless the office is so full that they cannot accommodate new patients. This taking away of the bonus/kickback money will remove prejudice and bias against those who do not want to follow the recommended vaccine schedule, or who question the safety of the vaccines. And thereby, all patients will receive equal healthcare service under the law without bias. After all, isn’t this, shouldn’t this be the goal?”

It seemed that Solution #1 was not enough to solve these pediatric office issues. It would take money out of the equation, perhaps, but then the prejudices and one-sided opinions of these offices would still be there for a while. It seemed as if a constitutional principle of equal rights under the law needed to be exercised in some way in order to get the system back on track towards sanity in medical practice and doctor-patient relations.

No one should be discriminated against if they hold opposing beliefs from another regarding medicine and healthcare. Never forget the lesson learned from the master himself, Louis Pasteur. He was laughed at for years by telling doctors to wash their hands between patients because germs invisible to the human eye were being transferred from one patient to another. Almost all the doctors laughed in derision at his beliefs. He bore this ridicule with as much patience as a man can bear, all the while knowing that precious lives were being lost every day due to doctors not listening to good, common sense. And now, washing hands between patients is standard practice.

One can only wonder when common sense will again prevail. The current CDC recommended vaccine schedule appears to be causing the current epidemic in previously rare and unheard-of childhood diseases by promoting an aggressive vaccination policy with too many vaccines being given too soon to infants and toddlers. Statistics do not lie. This system set up in 1986 gives liability protection to vaccine makers, which not only encourages new vaccines and their production and distribution but makes it difficult and sometimes impossible for those who are vaccine injured to get remuneration and justice under the law. While this is happening, since 1986, autism rates have gone up exponentially from 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 34. And allergic disorders have risen in a similar way. 1 in 2.5 children have an allergy. Eczema is 1 in 5 children now. The pediatric doctors and their office staff sometimes ridicule those who have been vaccine injured and laugh in derision, just as Pasteur was laughed at, for voicing what can only be described as an obvious truth that vaccines are causing these childhood illnesses.

The healthcare system should allow people to have their own opinions, and to determine the appropriate course of action for their own children. It is the doctor’s duty to offer information, advice and their professional opinion. But it should always be the parents who have the final say and decide the appropriate course of action for those under their care. There should be no threat of being kicked out of a place of business for a difference of opinion. If diversity of opinion flourishes once again, the result will be freedom of thought, more honest and unbiased information, and hopefully in the end truth will reign as it should. Let no doctor or pediatric office discriminate against any individual for holding their own beliefs and choosing to refuse vaccinations, limit vaccinations, or choosing to allow some vaccinations, and/or refusing others for their own child. As a business it should not be possible to refuse service to patients if they choose to act on differences of personal belief.

“Solution #2. PRACTICE INFORMED CONSENT WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Parents and their children should not be refused service by any pediatric office due to their personal beliefs on vaccinations, nor should they be kicked out of these offices for refusal to take any vaccines or by not complying with following the CDC’s recommended vaccine schedule. The doctors should be practicing informed consent, educating parents and children on vaccines and their benefits and risks, and allowing them to decide whether or not they wish to vaccinate.

Conflicts of interest should be removed from these offices, and families should never be forced to ‘follow the vaccine schedule, and keep up with the vaccines, or find a new pediatrician.’ The pediatrician’s job should be to inform and advise, and not to use excessive force or pressure to promote vaccinations. Who is serving who? Parents should have the ultimate authority to decide if and when vaccines should be given to their children.”

The pediatric offices should not rule over the parents and their children. It should not be their way or the highway. Parents should decide what is right for their children. And this sentiment will lead us into next week’s discussion, which will lead us to Solution #3 in my book. And the topic will be parent’s rights.

My Story – Part 3: Pediatric office rules and regulations

Our slow but steady medical education

My wife and I are parents who believe in signs, like this eczema, that the child’s body was trying to tell us something. Eczema comes from a Greek word which means to “boil over” or “to break out”. This made sense to us. Something in the child’s body was affecting her, was viewed by the body as a foreign invader, and the body was using its defense mechanisms to rid itself of these poisons (toxins). The skin eruptions happened to be the way for the body to protect itself. We concluded that it must be the vaccine shots they were giving her, and so we stopped the vaccinations. In hindsight, we consider ourselves lucky, because the MMR vaccine was one of the next ones they were supposed to administer, and this one has been reported in the news with possibly causing autism. Of course, the medical community says this is not true, and they have “studies” to prove it, but we decided not to take this risk.

Our doctor’s professed opinion was that eczema, and other common allergic conditions were not caused by vaccinations, which are proven to be “safe and effective.” In our minds we had ruled out all the other potential factors, and our conclusion was that vaccinations had caused these conditions. Our doctor encouraged us to continue vaccinating so she would be protected from the other potential contagious diseases she would face in the world. It felt truly like a “damned if we do or damned if we don’t” scenario. Either continue with the vaccinations, thereby protecting her from contagious diseases, while also exposing her to more toxins from the vaccines and possibly worsening her allergic health conditions, or discontinue her vaccinations, exposing her to minor contagious diseases (she already had polio vaccine), and allow her body to detoxify from the vaccines. We decided at this time to give our daughter no more vaccinations, and to give her body a chance to heal from the damage which had been done.

It was our doctor’s opinion that eczema skin condition is common. Of course, I looked around when we were out and noticed other babies. Indeed, there were a great many babies that had this skin condition. After doing a little online research, I found that about 1 in 5 children in the US suffers from eczema. The fact that others were sharing in our pain and misfortune did not lessen the pain of our long, sleepless nights, and having our baby suffer continually with this condition. I wondered if these vaccines administered at such a young age and in such a rapid-fire succession were to blame for eczema, autism, and many of the other childhood diseases.

This got me to thinking. This got me to reading and researching anything and everything about these recommended vaccines and the ages at which they are given. My first discovery was actually from the baby books I cited earlier. It was a conundrum. And the topic was honey, nature’s perfect food. Basically, the book said that a child’s body and immune system are not developed enough to handle honey, which poses no risk or threat to children over one year of age.

“Hmmm”, I thought, “If nature’s perfect food is not right for an infant, then why would all these vaccines, which are basically little soups of chemicals, be safe to administer to a child of such an age? Wouldn’t it be better and wiser to wait until the child’s system has developed and matured enough to handle these shots? Aren’t the doctors and the medical industry as a whole doing a disservice to children and their parents by administering these shots before the child’s body is ready for them?” Does this make sense to you? Well, it made sense to me. And I thought to myself, the damage to my child has already been done. Why bother thinking about it now?

The answer to that last question is obvious. I wanted to help my child cure her condition. I wanted to understand better the cause of eczema. And if I could help her, then perhaps I could also help others with the information I learned. On planet earth here, we really are our brother’s keeper, and we should be looking out for each other. I write this story not just to bemoan the tragedy of my child’s eczema in youth we had experienced those years so long ago (QK is now 14), but to help provide a better understanding for those who are deciding on making these choices for their children in the here and now.

After a few years, when my daughter QK was around the age of 4, the eczema finally receded on its own. But there were flare ups, and they seemed connected with some of the certain foods she ate. Instead of being an everyday condition, with splotches constantly on her body, it became intermittent, like any allergic condition. We continued to use antihistamine for this eczema condition and have been using it as often as required ever since. In time, we learned through trial and error which foods would trigger an allergic reaction. In effect, we managed her eczema condition and allergies on our own. We continued to use fish oil, probiotics, and other supplements as the naturopath had suggested a few years back. She had said at the time that detoxification would be a gradual cleaning up of the system, and she had been right.

I had always thought vaccines were mandatory for school attendance. I was wrong. I was fortunate to be in the state of Ohio, where a philosophical objection to vaccines was allowed. If these vaccine related injuries had never arisen with my daughter, I would never have thought to ask if vaccines were required for attending school. None of the school forms which were sent to us indicated that there was a choice. The school district did not appear to want to provide this choice to parents or guardians of the children, but rather seemed intent on getting as many children vaccinated as possible. It appears the school district and state were doing a disservice to people who have children by not letting them know that vaccination for school is a choice, and not a mandate. This one fact alone by itself could be very important for children which appear to be extremely sensitive to the vaccines and their ingredients, as it could provide them a choice to opt out of these vaccinations, thereby saving more sensitive children which are vulnerable from suffering adverse effects from vaccines.

Over the course of time, our pediatrician retired. He was replaced by a younger pediatrician. The new one seemed nice enough, though perhaps a little inexperienced. And as usual, each time we came to the office, they asked us if we wanted QK to get any vaccinations, and we always replied no. Years passed by in this way.

An interesting situation arose when QK was around 9 years old. We tried to schedule her yearly appointment, and the office manager said QK could not come in unless she was going to get caught up on her vaccinations. We thought that we, as parents, were in charge of if and when our child received her shots, that the situation was informed consent, that the doctor was supposed to provide us with information, then we could decide what to do. But apparently, I was wrong. It appears some pediatric offices take control of these decisions away from parents, and do not allow them to make decisions for their children. Their way or the highway. This is wrong. And if you tried to explain that your belief was that vaccinations may have caused your child’s eczema and allergies, they would then inform you of your own ignorance and stupidity, and sometimes in a not so nice way. This situation was unfavorable, and so we simply stopped going.

Back to the doctor’s office

My daughter was doing fine without seeing her pediatrician, but I did want her to see the doctor for a checkup. We still used the antihistamine as needed from time to time, and the doctor’s office was at least good enough to take care of writing this prescription for us. But I wanted her to see the doctor. I wanted some assurance beyond my own eyes and limited experience that she was well and was progressing as she should. I thought of a way to get back into the office to see the doctor.

My daughter was 12, halfway to 13, and we finally were able to get an appointment to see our pediatrician. As I stated before, we were unable to see him, because the office manager apparently had notes in the system which stated that we could not get an appointment with him unless we agreed to get up to date on the vaccines. I had to compromise with my conscience a little and utter a white lie to see him. I said we would like to get a vaccine, and then we were able to secure an appointment. It had been 3 years since our last appointment, and we wanted to make sure she was progressing on schedule, and to see if there may be any concerns from his perspective.

When we got to the office and then finally to our little office visit room, the nurse came in and did the usual things. First, check height and weight. Then, on to the eye test and blood pressure test. Then, after the blood pressure test, she slid a piece of paper, almost in a clandestine manner to my daughter, and had her answer a couple of written questions. I wondered what it could be. I asked the nurse, “What is that? May I see it?” And she quickly replied, “No. This is only for your daughter.” And then of course I was more curious. “We are her parents, and we would like to see it.” Then she turned to QK, and asked her, “Is it ok if I show them?” I thought all of this was rather strange. My daughter said, “Yes, it is ok.” Then I looked at the questions: 1> Have you lost any interest in any of the things that you like to do? And it had a 0 to 4 scale, from not at all (0) to completely (4). And question 2> Have you ever felt sad, hopeless, or depressed? Again, with the same scale. It was a psychological profile. Thankfully, my daughter had checked (0) on both of these, but what if she hadn’t? What if she checked (4) on both of these? Would this be then the beginning of the state intervening in the life of my daughter and family, and deciding what is best to do on my daughter’s behalf? Would there have been a mandatory referral to see a psychologist or psychiatrist on my dime to give her a full evaluation, and then perhaps a drug prescription for a real or some clinic created fictitious disease? Well, it was strange, to say the least. Then we went back to the small room and waited for our doctor.

In a later blog, I will elaborate and expand the subject matter on the above office scenarios, and how it felt to have a child who appeared to be under the control of her pediatric doctor and/or local authorities rather than under the control of her parents. This appeared to me to be a possible usurpation of parental authority by this office, and it did not seem to be normal or right. What I did not realize at that time was that I had only grazed the surface of this problem, and that the problems were far deeper and more problematic than I could have imagined.

Finally, the doctor knocked and then came into the little office. We were glad to see him. We like this doctor. He was not our original doctor, who retired a few years back. It had been 3 years since we had seen this new doctor. He went through his question list, verified the information, went over the information the nurse provided him, then began asking about the vaccinations. Then I told him the truth in as plain a manner as I could. That we had been denied access to see him for the last couple of years because we did not agree to get caught up on the vaccinations. I told him how I had to lie that we wanted a vaccination just to see him. I asked him if he knew about all of this, and he replied that he did not. He stated that it was their company policy to have all children under their care up to date and current on their shots in compliance with the CDC guidelines. He stated that since he was a newer pediatrician and had inherited us from our previous pediatrician, that he could allow us not to be forced to get up to date on the shots. He stated that any new patient that came into his office would be forced to comply with the recommended vaccination schedule, or they would have to find a different office.

While I was happy that my daughter would not be forced to receive any vaccines that we did not want, I was also confused why this office policy was in place. Did the tentacles of the monster of Big Pharma enter even here, at my local pediatrician’s office? Or are these policies in place because those in charge of creating these policies believe that parents are too stupid to decide these things for themselves, and need to be told what to do to protect their children?

In order to protect their office from liability, all I had to do was sign a waiver that stated that I have decided not to have my daughter get her vaccines, and that the decision to do so was mine, and the problems in the future from this decision not to vaccinate were mine also. Why couldn’t other families in this practice have this right also? We are not in a state which mandates vaccines for everyone, like some other states do. Am I not the one paying here? Aren’t they in business to provide a service for me and my family? It did not feel like it. How can they have the power to tell us what to do? It should be informed consent. They should explain the risks and benefits, then we as parents should decide what we want to do. This would make sense.

If you went to a restaurant and had money to buy food, then they gave you food you didn’t want, and then said to you: “Sorry, this is what you get. This is our company policy. If you want to eat here, you must abide by our rules and accept our decisions on what you get as final. You don’t have a choice. Please arrange for payment on your way out. Thank you.”

Who is working for who? Isn’t a pediatric office still a business? Being a business which serves the public, isn’t it unlawful for them to discriminate against their patients based upon their personal biases and/or beliefs? Isn’t this practice blatant discrimination? How can this practice even be legal? I am going to have to get to the bottom of this. Because obviously, there is something not quite right here. Something is awry.

Our Pediatrician’s Answers – Plain Ignorance or Self-serving Beliefs?

After the second month vaccinations were received by my daughter QK, she broke out with a severe case of eczema. I was attempting to figure out what happened to her and what could be done to solve this problem. So, I asked our pediatrician a few questions and received the answers from him. I had not done any research on my own up to this time. To revisit the last blog:

Question #1 and Answer #1:

“It was a little over one month since the first round of shots, and I had some questions for our pediatrician. 1> If she still has this rash, should we wait until this condition clears before we give her more vaccinations? No, he said, we should not wait, she should get her vaccinations on time.”

Eczema is a sign of toxicity. The body is attempting to rid itself of poisons. Eczema is an allergic reaction from the body due to toxins (poisons) in the bloodstream. What do respected doctors say about severe eczema and other allergic reactions in close timing with vaccinations?

Robert Sears M.D., in his book titled The Vaccine Book, stated: “What I do pay closer attention to is the onset of a chronic allergic disorder, like eczema or asthma, in close timing with vaccines. If I see these disorders develop right after the vaccinations, I prefer to hold further doses until the problem goes away. If it is severe, I consider whether or not the possibility of making the allergic disorder worse and possibly lifelong is worth the disease protection offered by the vaccine.” - The Vaccine Book. Robert W. Sears, MD 2019 Third Edition. Pg 203

Here we have prudence and caution being advocated by an esteemed pediatrician practitioner. It is a shame I found this information long after the damage had been done to my daughter. And since we continued with the vaccinations as recommended by our doctor for a few more months, her condition does indeed appear to be a lifelong condition. She is 14 now, and she has constant rhinitis and periodic eczema allergy outbreaks which occur from time to time.

Many competent doctors realize that vaccinations cause eczema and other allergy problems, but they are reluctant to admit it or speak about it. Sometimes doctors and/or their staff will even mock and ridicule the parents of the vaccine injured child for suggesting the health condition seems to be a result of vaccination, or is a vaccine induced problem. Why, you may ask?

It is because of the profit motive at these pediatric offices. They are paid to push and promote vaccines. At the end of the year, they receive bonuses paid out by pharmaceutical companies and/or insurance companies based on the number and/or percentage of their patients who are vaccinating on time according to CDC schedule. In most offices, if you do not adhere to the CDC recommended vaccine schedule, you will be asked to leave the practice and find another office. They do this because you are affecting their profits and year-end bonuses. These pediatric doctors are being paid to discriminate against patients who choose to delay, refuse, or stop their vaccinations. Isn’t this a conflict of interest, you may ask? Or is it even true?

It is true. This profit motive stops the doctor from considering what is best for the child and their health, and the focus becomes profit for their company. This is wrong. This is unconscionable. And this practice should be stopped. The pediatric offices should be there for answering questions, providing unbiased advice, and providing a needed service for their patients.

If this overriding goal of maximizing profits by promoting vaccines in their pediatric office seems a little hard to believe, just consider the question I receive every time I am at the doctor’s office: “Would you like to receive your flu shot today?” I asked my family doctor about this. He stated he was required to ask this question because of company policy. More profit is the goal. It is like McDonald’s asking you if you would like to add some fries or a drink to your order.

Question #2 and Answer #2:

“2> Can antibiotics cause any harm to our child? Are there any known problems with giving them to children? No, he said, there are no problems.”

No problems with antibiotics use? Perhaps our pediatrician does not read trade journals or watch the news, or perhaps he is not telling the truth. Or perhaps he does not understand how antibiotics work. I do not know what is in his mind or his heart. But this statement is absolutely false.

Antibiotics kill bacteria. They not only kill bad bacteria which was causing us to be ill, they kill all bacteria, even the good ones that protect us from illness and harm. Antibiotic use causes the body to lower its defenses, leaving it weak and susceptible to disease, infection, and other foreign particles it normally would be capable of handling. Time during and after antibiotic use is a time to be extra careful. It is best to give your body a chance to recover from your sickness and your antibiotic use. This requires time, and the addition of probiotics during this time is recommended.

Mary E. Wilson, MD, a person of renown in the field of infectious diseases wrote a book on the subject of antibiotics. She is a professor at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the University of California, San Francisco. In this book she makes her points on the use and abuse of antibiotics crystal clear:

“There has been a global surge (more than 65%) in the use of antibiotics between 2000 and 2015, which has led to more reported cases of their side effects. They account for most emergency department visits for kids below the age of 18 years and nearly one out of five emergency department visits in general.” - Antibiotics: What Everyone Needs To Know. Mary E. Wilson. 2019. Pg 217-218.

With the increase of antibiotics use have come problems which are readily apparent. This goes against what most doctors have come to believe and understand, which is that there are no problems with using antibiotics. Just the statement that “…they account for most emergency department visits for kids…” should in and of itself be eye-opening. And this is just the beginning of the problems of this overuse of antibiotics.

The other glaring problem of recent increased antibiotic use is the growth of anti-microbial resistance (AMR). Over 1 million people per year die because many germs have become resistant to the antibiotics. This is due to excessive antibiotic use. AMR deaths have become increasingly common, and they are still on the rise. It is timely for Dr. Mary Wilson to bring these issues to our attention.

So, for a doctor to say: “There are no problems with antibiotic use” shows that our pediatrician was oblivious to the problems, lives his life with blinders on, or was being disingenuous.

Question #3 and Answer #3:

“3> Could my wife’s diet be a factor in causing my daughter’s allergies and eczema? No, he said. He stated that breastfeeding is not a problem, and my wife can eat anything she wants.”

Even when we went to our friend who is also a doctor, she told us of the dangers of allergic reactions due to what the mother is eating and could be passing on to our child in her breastmilk. It seemed to be common knowledge, and also in hindsight it seemed to be common sense.

Allergies and allergic condition diagnoses have risen to incredible levels since 1986, when the rules changed for vaccines, and the pharmaceutical companies were given blanket liability protection from lawsuits from vaccines’ adverse effects. This change of law encouraged Big Pharma to produce more vaccines to be given to our children. And the rise in never heard of childhood diseases suddenly became common enough for our doctor to say about the eczema issue: “Eczema is normal, and many children have it.” Currently, 1 in 5 children have eczema.

Autism was 1 in 10,000 in 1970 and 1980, and now it is 1 in 34. Vaccines are the likely factor of cause in this meteoric rise. Big Pharma, which pays for commercial advertising on our news shows and internet channels, appears to have advised the following narrative concerning the undeniable rise in autism: “It is due to genetics, industrial pollution, over-hygienic environments, older women having children, expanded diagnostic criteria, and/or socioeconomic links.”

Big Pharma is willing to accept any explanation other than the obvious one for this dramatic increase in autism and other childhood ailments, which might prevent them from making the money to which they are accustomed. The obvious conclusion is that the recently expanded CDC recommended vaccine schedule is systematically poisoning our children, and these toxic conditions in their blood are giving rise to a host of new and previously unknown or rare conditions that are increasingly becoming more common. The CDC recommended vaccine schedule appears to be causing the current epidemic in childhood diseases in the United States.

Conclusion:

Our pediatrician was not right, he did not look out for the best interests of our child, and our child suffered, and we suffered along with her many itchy and scratch filled nights which could have been avoided if we had sound healthcare and vaccination policies in place in America today.
