“Be Done With It!”
“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.”
– Emerson

Last Day of February!
It’s the last day of February readers! I’m at the halfway point of my school term and have a midterm in my History class and I’m tweaking my author website for my English class. I have learned a great deal in this class. I have learned how important it is to market my author brand and make sure I’m appealing to the right crowd, but also to make sure that my author website and theme projects what myself and what I write about. Of course my demographics will change a bit, from YA to Adult, but the theme will pretty much stay the same. I hope you all have a great day, a great week and you accomplish everything you wish to accomplish!

An end to another month…
Good news, I think my writer’s block is starting to clear up. I had an idea for a dream sequence, which will end up being the beginning of breaking the curse on my characters. I was happy that my mind is starting to clear up a little. I just have to remember that I need to make time to really think and let that content and ideas form. I just wanted to check in and share the good news. Back to homework! Have a great week ahead!

Welcome 2016!
I can’t believe February is almost done. This year is going to be a busy one. I’m getting ready to move in a few weeks (I hate moving) so things are going to be stressful to say the least. School is going well. I am on the Presidents list, a member of Sigma Tau Delta and only have a little over a year left to graduate with my BA. I am thinking about going for my Master’s, but I don’t think I am ready for another year or more of not having time to do anything. After my BA I have plans to not only begin working on an adult paranormal book, but trying to figure out freelance writing. I don’t know how that would work with trying to work on a Master’s degree. Well, it’s just the beginning of 2016, so here’s to a great and productive year!

Good-bye 2015, Hello 2016!
Another year come and gone. It seems to go by so fast. I didn’t get as much as done this year as I wanted to, but life happens. I managed to work some on the last Death Walker book, and create a cover and description. School and a full-time job sucks the life out of you. I apologize to all my readers who are waiting patiently, or impatiently, for the last book. However, I have big plans for 2016 and I hope to have things moving along as they should. Have a wonderful New Year!

Another Year!
I can’t believe that it’s already March 2015. I am so done with winter and snow and cold. One of my resolutions for this year was to finish the 4th book in the Deadly series, Deadly Destiny. One of my others was also to take 2 classes per term until I graduate with my English/Creative Writing degree. So far, I am keeping that resolution, it’s rough with also working a full time job, looking for a house and keeping myself sane, but so far so good, except for the sane part…mostly. Anyway, there are other resolutions that I have yet to begin, but then again, it’s only March. I have vowed that this year will be much better than last, so glasses up…here’s to a better year!

Very Bad Blogger!
Truthfully, this year has seen numerous life changes. Not all bad, but let’s just say that next year will be much better. I am taking charge of my life again and after having a discussion with myself (I also need to have a sit down with my characters), I have decided to not only sit down and finish this fourth book, but also try to put out another (different genre) next year. Along with working full-time and going to school, that may be a major feat, but it’s time. Thanks to all you who have supported me and continue to do so.

Bad Blogger!
I am such a bad blogger as you can see from the date of my last post. With working full time plus OT, going to school and life in general it’s hard to keep up with things. I know, I know…excuses, excuses. I am trying to find time to work on the fourth and final book of the series and it is very hard to do. My classes for school are very writing intensive and I am constantly writing something, just not what I want to actually be writing. This year is going to be great though, even though it’s getting near the half point already. It’s going too fast. Here’s to hoping I can get the final book out this year! Happy Spring!

Third Book Finally Out!
It’s finally happened! My third book “Deadly Darkness” is finally out. It’s been out at Smashwords and Amazon for a couple of weeks and Smashwords has shipped it to all the other sale sites, so it’s only a matter of time and it will be available at Barnes and Noble and all the other places where you get your digital books.
There were so many issues with this book that I didn’t think that it would ever get out, but alas, it is finally out. I just got back from a holiday vacation, where my plan was to work on the fourth book, but I never got around to it. I relaxed with my family and had a great time. This Thanksgiving and Christmas season have been a wonderful and relaxing couple of weeks of vacation with family that I wouldn’t have traded for the world. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and get a chance to read my third book. Enjoy!

So Much for Blogging!
Okay, so now it’s five months later and my plans to have everything done in a timely manner have kind of been pushed back…again. With computer crashes, viruses and the like, I think we may finally be headed for the home stretch…*fingers crossed*. I have had people ask when this next one “Deadly Darkness” will be out and all I can say is soon. Hopefully even sooner than that!
