New job= crazy busy!

I started my new job at the hospital and I had to work to 12's back to back so I have not been able to work on Blood Rites in 2 days. But I'm off for the next three days so hopefully I will get a lot done. I've been reading the reviews on POW and I'm taking the good with the bad. I understand that the plot in POW wasn't super deep, it was def one of those books that you didn't have to think on, you just could escape your world for a little while and jump into Jacque and Fane's world. So, I've been reading the reviews and I really appreciate everyone's honesty. It will make Blood Rites a better book and myself a better writer. POW was my first book and already in Blood Rites I am learning new things, new ways to make it better. I hope that people continue to take a chance on my book, and that the books I write in the furture will not dissapoint those who enjoyed POW. Thank you to everyone for purchasing my book, whether you liked it or not, I appreaciate that you took the time to read it.

Awesome new cover art!

So I've met this amazing chick through my book and she has quickly become a good friend. I've been able to bounce ideas off her and she has been so kind and generous to help me with my cover art to my books, so the new covers you see on Prince of Wolves and Blood Rites is done by her, and as you can see, she rocks!

Encouregment

I have found that since I have published P.O.W I have encountered so much encouregement! Not only about my writing but about my nursing and being a mom and wife. People just reach out and it's so awesome. I don't think that people realize the impact of one kind word. It can make or break a persons day. Just my thoughts.

Jen and Sally

I've had several people ask me to do something more with Jen and Sally's characters, I will tell you that you won't be disappointed. I'm not going to say more than that :)

I've also started working on an adult paranormal fiction, the idea is still really new so I'm not going to post it on my web site just yet. I'm hoping to have the cover for the third book in The Grey Wolves series out soon, still working on a title for the third book.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their comments on my website, as well as Amazon and Barnes and Nobles. Good or bad, I appreciate peoples honesty. I have already had people give me advice and their input for Blood Rites and I really like that. It lets me know what people want, as well as what they dont' want. I think people are in for a big surprise for the plot of Blood Rites, I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I have been writing it.
