Anita Kidesu ~ Feature Author

Life can throw curveballs at all of us, twist them around us and spit us out the other side. But Anita Kidesu has a great perspective. Don't dwell in the bad and ugly, embrace life's changes. Don't miss this great ABA article.

I LOVE Mary's article about dumping the "shoulds" in your writing––I take the notion a step further and toss the "shoulds" in my life!!!

Rebecca Grace ~ Feature Author

As a writer I am always looking for places where I know I can get new inspiration for my next book. But sometimes it is fun to go back to those old places, the locations where you first came up with a story idea and it blossomed from there into a wonderful story.

Writing and Photography have a lot of similarities, and both can be developed.

ABA Book Blast Presents: The Other Side ~ Trent’s Story by Starr Gardinier

Starr Gardinier's style and tone created a prison within her heroine's mind in Melinda's Story with her first person, present tense POV presentation, throwing in just enough memories to validate her apparitions. My mind reminisced reading Veronica Roth's Divergent, though Gardinier's story was wildly different focusing on paranormal/ghostly intrigue. I can't wait to read Trent's story!

Maureen Bonatch ~ Feature Author

Embrace the little things in life, small milestones like meeting a word count, finishing a story, losing a few pounds, or marking one thing off a To-Do List. Enjoy a little shower of happiness as opposed to waiting to celebrate a downpour of joy once you arrive at your final destination.

Renee Johnson ~ Feature Author

Workshopping can be brutal. Twenty good things can be expounded upon and the few negatives will become brain-eating worms forcing creativity into hiding. But those are the things we need to hear in order to grow as writers.
