Quote #6 for One-Liner Wednesday
Another week has gone and past, which means we're getting closer and closer to October 8th--the release of Seers! If you're having a hard time waiting patiently, at least there's the blog tour to help hold you over. The blog tour will be September 1-23, and will include excerpts from the book, interviews, reviews, guest posts, and advanced reader copy (ARC) giveaways. The tour is listed in my events, and once I have a detailed itinerary I will be sure to share. Remember to visit the Seers Official Fan Page for more frequent book updates, or to chat about the book with other fans.

Also, the big launch party is set for October 22, at the Barnes and Noble in Layton, Utah. It will be from 1-3pm, and I will be reading the prologue to kick things off. Costumes, candy, prizes, free bookmarks, and book signings--It'll be great fun, so mark your calendars!
And now, for Quote #6 in the weekly countdown: "How time flies when you're dead." This is our first quote from a Demon, which I think is a pretty cool milestone. :)
Thanks for reading, and have a splendid day!

It's Wednesday Again Already
Happy Wednesday! Lots has been going on for Seers this past week, mostly concerning the exciting blog tour set for September 1-23. Best news so far? The blog has gone international! Blogs from Romania, Slovakia and Australia will be participating in the tour, in multiple languages. Super awesome!
But the main reason for this post is, of course, One-Liner Wednesday. And so, here is quote #5:
"I mean, seriously, if you're going to rob a hostile drug lord, do it well, right?"
This one-liner preview from Seers is just another way to countdown the weeks until Seers is released. Just less than two months to go! Thanks for reading, and I hope you have a splendid day.

A Quote From Kate
And so continues the lovely tradition that is One-Liner Wednesday. (For a brief reminder, One-Liner Wednesday will continue to be celebrated until the book's release, October 8th.) The quote today is different than the other three thus far, because it is the first one from the heroine of the story: Kate Bennett.
When you're a senior in High School, it's time to seriously begin thinking about what you want to be when you grow up. Well, Kate's no different, but she's having a harder time deciding what she wants in a career. Losing her parents has changed her, not to mention gaining her new and strange Sight. But could these circumstances actually open her up to the perfect job option?
Quote #4 "I guess I've just never considered Demon hunting as a possible career path."
Maybe it's not the career she's been dreaming about, but it might make for an exciting story, eh?
Thanks for reading this, and I hope your day is a splendid one!

Sneak Peak Continues with Quote #3
I can't believe it's already been a week! I've been so busy, I haven't been posting like I should be. But I now offer up the next one-liner spoken by one of my characters!
Quote #3 “For being an angel, you could be a bit more angelic.”
One-Liner Wednesday is a countdown/sneak peek of "Seers", where I share one line of dialogue every Wednesday with you. One-Liner Wednesday is also celebrated on Facebook, on the official fan page:

If you've missed a quote, you can trace back to the original One-Liner Wednesday on this blog.

Quote #2
“She just choked on a school of fish and a wheat field—how would you feel?”
This is the second One-Liner in One-Liner Wednesday. If you missed the first one, you can go back a couple blog posts and view it. Every Wednesday from now until my book's release you can find a quote from one of my characters, right here, or on the Seers facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Seers-T...
Thanks for reading this, and supporting "Seers".

Booked for First Book Signing
I just got the word that the launch party location is secure. So, on October 22nd I will be signing books at the Barnes and Noble in Layton, Utah. YAY! This is definitely an exciting moment for me, and for "Seers". This is the first time I get to scribble 'Book Signing' on my calendar, but I'm pretty sure I could do it again. And again. :) There is still a big possibility that I will end up doing another book signing before this one, since the book will be released a couple weeks prior to the launch party, but this one will remain important to me because it was technically the first.
I'll keep you posted on further details for the launch party, such as a time for this magnificent gathering, and if the costume party idea will actually develop. For now, one thing is sure--The party is going to be a blast!

One-Liner Wednesday
Quote #1 “Just because the guy killed me doesn't mean we were buddy buddy.”
Today begins a most happy tradition! From now until the release of "Seers" I will be posting a quote from my characters every Wednesday. These one-liners will be, of course, right here, and also on the "Seers-Official Fan Page" facebook page. So come take a gander every Wednesday, and put a little randomness into your life. Cheers!

Happy Monday
Happy Monday! All right, well, things have been a little crazy this past week or so. Plans are flying around all over the place, and I thought I'd let you in on a few of the exciting things shaping up for "Seers".
A blog tour is being tentatively set for September 1-16, full of reviews, interviews, and guest posts. Yay! More exact info will definitely be passed on as soon as I know what blog I'll be on, and when.
A Launch Party is also in the works, set for mid October, probably the 22nd. So clear your calendars, because it's going to be epic!
Also, "Seers" is now available on Net Galley to download and review. (Huzzah!) As a quick reminder: If you've had the opportunity to read "Seers", I would really appreciate it if you could review the book on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or wherever you like to buy your books. Thanks so much for all your help and support!
Well, I think that just about puts a handle on things. Let the editing continue! Stay tuned for more details, and thanks for reading.

Hello, World!
This is my first official post as an author, and can I just say I'm freaking out a little. Completely thrilled, here! "Seers" is my first published book, and I'm more than excited for its October release. It is the first in a trilogy, and I'm crossing my fingers that I'm able to get all three published in the next few years. Publishing takes a long time, but the important thing is that it's happening. I suppose I can have some measure of patience...
I am currently working on getting my website up and running, and I'll be sure to let you all know when it's ready to visit. Please feel more than free to contact me with any questions you may have about my book, or its release. When the time comes, I will have copies of "Seers" that you can enter to win in the Goodreads givaways. Yay! Until then, I'm knee-deep in the editing process, and loving every minute of it.
Thanks for reading this, and have a splendid day! :)
