Happy Debut YA Book Birthday to Jessica Khoury
Usually I celebrate all the debut authors with book birthdays on a given week, but today it's all about Jessica Khoury. Why? Because this amazingly sweet author took time out before speaking at the Decatur Book Festival to come find me in my little booth and buy a copy of Destined. Do you know how honored I was? It was amazing.
Today, her debut novel, ORIGIN, comes out. Of course, I have my own signed copy b/c it sounds Ah-Mazing! I can't wait to read it. If you haven't heard of it, here are the details.

So much going on! (With links to it all)
I know I've been a little MIA lately. Honestly, work has been stressful and exhausting and getting the kiddo ready to go to 2 different schools has me a bit overwhelmed. But, there is also a lot going on in my writing life this week too and I wanted to make sure none of you missed the highlights while I'm focused on other things!(btw, check out the new buttons!!)
