[image error]How do we decide in life who to give our loyalty to? This was a question I asked myself a lot when I wrote Love Beyond Loyalty. Gabriel, the hero, has been loyal to Alexa, his friend, since they were children. Lately, however, Alexa has taken up with a demon and Gabriel can't make her see the truth. He isn't prepared to give up trying until he meets Loraine.
She is his soul mate and she needs him. Can Gabriel give up what he's invested so much time in to be with her?
This happens to us in real life, I think. We have an idea of how things should be, what we want, what we don't want, and then something comes along that makes us question everything we thought we wanted. Can we adjust? Can we realign our loyalties to adjust to what has happened to us?
It's hard. And I hope I showed just how hard it was for Gabriel. Thanks so much for stopping by today.
