And that is why I’ve permanently transplanted myself to my fifth state: Florida.

People love Florida or hate it, but it’s my happy place. W...

MEN!

Men just don’t understand, but we can’t live without them and if we’re honest with ourselves, we wouldn’t want to, right?  What am I talking about?

Recently, I lost the diamond from my engagement ring. Every woman whose ever been in love and has received one knows how special the ring is. It symbolizes the love he feels for you. When you lose your DH, as I did several years ago, the meaning of that ring amplifies by tens of thousands. It’s the remaining physical reminder of his love.

When I...

What is a summer read?

There are loads of summer reading lists out there. A quick search came up with a list for every taste, including romance, mysteries, classics that you’ve never read, and must-reads-releasing-this-summer.

But what I couldn’t find was: what is the definition of a summer read?

Taking Control of Your Marketing

I love podcasts.  I know. That’s probably not how you thought a blog talking about marketing would begin, but I am a podcast nerd. Now you know.  The thing is, I’m not a marketing person.  I don’t excel at predicting or creating trends.  I’m not good at selling myself.  The business side of this business has always made me feel a little helpless.  Like it was out of my hands and there was nothing I could do about it.  No way for me (awkward introvert) to become the gregarious platform-buildin...
