Primo volume di una nuova serie sci-fi per ragazzi.
La protagonista di questa avventura è Tina, una ragazza cresciuta sulla terra, ma con un lume di salvataggio nel petto che si attiverà per riportarla dalla sua gente (alieni).
Perché lei non appartiene a questo “mondo”, in lei scorre un'intera vita che non le appartiene, è un clone che deve essere sbloccato, e quando accadrà, in lei emergerà il vero dna che ospita, i ricordi, le abilità, la personalita e le sembianze di un capitano spaziale che ha perso la vita durante una guerra galattica contro un essere spietato, che tuttora minaccia di distruggere l'universo.
Quando il lume si attiva, per Tina inizia un'avventura che la porterà tra pianeti e alieni di ogni tipo. Avrà la sua cerchia di amici che diventeranno la sua famiglia e dovrà fare l'impossibile per essere all'altezza dell'eredità che gli è stata affidata.
Devo dire che mi aspettavo di meglio.
Speravo in qualcosa che si avvicinasse almeno un pochino ad Aurora cycle o a Illuminae file, mi sono sbagliata alla grande.
Non sono proprio paragonabili… purtroppo.
È uno young adult e di solito non ho problemi con questo genere, anzi lo leggo volentieri, ma qui ho fatto un pò fatica, è davvero troppo young ( o sono io a non essere piu tanto young 🤔😅).
I personaggi hanno delle buone basi, ma avrei voluto che fossero più approfonditi.
Vengono affrontate delle tematiche importanti, come la se55ualità e l'accettazione. Ma, a mio avviso, penso che l'autrice abbia calcato la mano su alcuni punti che risultano ripetitivi e anche un pò forzati, come il fatto di specificare sempre la se55ualità o il genere ad ogni presentazione tra personaggi. È davvero difficile dover esprimere questo concetto senza fare spoiler 🤯.
Altra cosa un pò negativa è la fretta. Passare da un pianeta all'altro senza tante informazioni, ritrovarsi di punto in bianco in mezzo a uno scontro così dal nulla.
