Jerome Music Booster show
I am all set up for the Jerome Music Booster spring craft show going on tomorrow at Jerome High School from 9-5. Well, okay, I still have a few more things to do, but I’m almost all set up. I will be in time for the show tomorrow. I’ve been off my routine all day. … Continue reading Jerome Music Booster show

Dreaming time
I’ve written before about my old house dreams. Lately, I’ve realized I have another theme to my dreams: hotel dreams. It’s taken me a long time to realize that I’ve been having these dreams, but it became clear to me a couple nights ago when I woke from a dream where my mom had checked … Continue reading Dreaming time

Shinrin-Yoku
I received my order of doTERRA oils today and was completely surprised. I get oils every month and vaguely remember changing my loyalty order for a certain blend that sounded interesting. It’s Shinrin-Yoku, a forest bathing blend. It smells wonderful. It’s like a rainstorm in the forest. Yep, forest bathing. Merlin seems to like it … Continue reading Shinrin-Yoku

When you hear a crash
The wind knocked a branch out of my tree today. Shattered it all across the roadway. No damage or injuries, thank goodness. Just a mess. I heard it and came out, then realized I was going to need help clearing the road so I went back in to get my phone. When I came back … Continue reading When you hear a crash

Story-painting connection
I was doing some writing about Siva’s story earlier this evening and trying to decipher why I’ve been dragging my feet. Not only will it not give me its title, but I have little to no desire to work on it. I want to publish it, but not enthusiastically. In all fairness, as soon as … Continue reading Story-painting connection

Weekend adventure
I should have been working on my ACEO project this weekend, but I wasn’t. Instead, I was updating the Loki stories and their covers. Not all the paperback covers are updated yet, but hopefully by the end of June they will be. I just needed some done right now. To do that, I wanted to … Continue reading Weekend adventure

Edit and emotions
I spent the day on story and cover edits. More to come on all this (hopefully shortly, but I say that and then life sends me for a roll. Fortunately, this time I made myself a chart so I wouldn’t forget where I was in a multitude of edits that I made). Then this evening, … Continue reading Edit and emotions

Ready, set, hold
Today I worked on covers and I was spurred with a banner idea for one of my series. I’m hoping to finish Fenrir’s first story this weekend. I’d like to have book and audiobook ready to go up, but that might be pushing it a little. I have other projects that need my attention too. … Continue reading Ready, set, hold

Be careful what you wish for
I’m wondering where spring went. All of a sudden, we are down to freezing temperatures at night and barely into the 50’s during the day. I thought winter was gone. I don’t know why I’m surprised. For some reason, since I’ve moved to Idaho, I always feel cold through the month of May. Then we … Continue reading Be careful what you wish for

The long makes it short and sweet
It’s been another long day. Dang. I thought I was over these. It’s probably a good thing because I want to have two short days. I have a couple things to do tomorrow, and, well, I’d like to work on publishing on Friday afternoon. That’s my plan. We’ll see what the Universe has in store … Continue reading The long makes it short and sweet
