Help for Oklahoma Victims
HELP FOR OKLAHOMA VICTIMS:
As you know, a huge tornado with winds of up to 200 miles per hour tore through the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore on Monday leaving behind devastation and death beyond description. Calvary Chapel Relief is in contact with Calvary Chapel Oklahoma City partnering with Calvary Chapel Norman in coordinating relief efforts to the victims of what is now classified as a category EF-5 Tornado.
How can I help?
Pray! Oklahoma City is need of prayer. Pray for the victims and their families, rescue workers, churches and other relief organizations as they respond to the devastation. Teams from some relief agencies are in route but cautioned to remain away from immediate area now closed as First Responders continue with search and rescue.
Pastor Ken Merrihew of CC Oklahoma City is meeting with other pastors who are setting up shelters for survivors and those who lost homes. For further information or if you would like to send help, it is highly recommended that you contact Calvary Chapel Oklahoma City first via the website:

The event is June 15th from 10am-12pm, and will be held at Calvary Chapel Philadelphia. In addition to this, Gia Lucid will be the special musical guest!

Psalm 119:136 & Christian Growth and Development Series
The Psalmist rightly said, “Rivers of water run down from my eyes, Because men do not keep Your law.” (Psalms 119:136 NKJV)
Heartbreaking that the most powerful person in the universe that so many have access to through prayer is so lightly considered, especially at a time when truth is “trampled in the streets.”
