If You Came Here Looking for Rick Gavin . . .

He doesn't actually exist. I (TR Pearson) used Rick Gavin as a pseudonym for a trio of novels set in the Mississippi Delta, but I'm afraid Rick has turned out to be a three-trick pony.

If you enjoyed Rick's books and think you could stand something set a bit to the north and a little less profane, then please do try a few of my titles and check out my blog over on my patch of Goodreads.

Hi Toni,
Book #3 is written. I'm just waiting on edits. Where am I from? Mid South, though I've spent many years in deepest Dixie.

I'm glad you enjoy the books. I'll keep typing.

Toni Oh, and please say you're at work on a sequel!

Toni Ruston must've changed to produce, or at least host, such a prodigiously talented author as you. (Me: RHS '74) You write as if you have some firsthand knowledge of both the Delta and "scuffing." Where are you from, if I may ask?

Cynthia Bazinet Was able to preorder Beluga on Amazon today. Hoping to get in with an early review. Hope things are well.

Cynthia Bazinet Caught the interview with Stephen Usery on Book Talk. Fun stuff. Looking forward to Beluga.
