Four bags of loot,

Ooh. Today’s prompt conjures up all sorts of questions. Kinda gets me in the mood to read a Stephen King novel.
So what’s going on? Who is our guy? Has there been a global internet attack, thrusting the western world into utter chaos? Does he have the special knowledge or capabilities to end the attack? Is there an escaped killer loose with the one goal of destroying the man who put him in a psychiatric ward? Could there be a galactic attack and aliens have tracked specific genetic markers to him, the only descendant left to overthrow a tyrannical ruler in another solar system?
