With over 30 years of experience in the kitchen, Thomas delivers simple recipes with ingredient alternatives and suggestions. Being first generation Italian-American, Thomas has developed his love for cooking from his Mom and Nonna. Writing a cookbook was always a goal of his, and eventually, with Invent Your Recipe - Italian Cookbook, it became a reality.
