Mais alguns dados sobre televisão no mundo.
Do gráfico abaixo, cortesia da Direct-Ticket, parece-me que há alguns dados que vale a pena apontar (e não são necessariamente os do costume):
58% dos europeus continuam a escolher a televisão como fonte primária de informação. Talvez seja um dos motivos para 68% não se sentirem suficientemente informados sobre assuntos europeus.
Nos Estados Unidos, dos 20 programas mais vistos, 15 são Reality Shows. Em Portugal seria provavelmente futebol, que também é uma espécie de Reality Show.

Sobre a destruição da classe média.
Este é um post breve. O tema em título tem-me interessado. A este artigo que argumenta que a tecnologia contribui para a desigualdade, junta-se agora este outro, propondo o contraditório.
O problema do segundo artigo é achar que o dinheiro extra que a tecnologia liberta para a economia está a ser igualmente distribuído e realimenta essa mesma economia. O problema é que se esse dinheiro extra entra no fluxo da desigualdade económica, adeus classe média. E é isso que temos visto. Pode argumentar...

Eu sei que chego atrasado mas mais vale tarde que nunca e a versão editada (primeiro) e completa (depois) do discurso de Kevin Spacey no Edinburgh International Television Festival vale a pena. Não concordo com tudo. Os meios e os ecrãs não são todos iguais.
