I fixed my update schedule because it’s actually chap 12 &13. Chap 11 is what I’m working on right now. I have 10 chapters of this angsty hot mess on my Patreon already and omg what even is this story O_O

Yes I’m hoping I can finish it with some editing of the text I have and maybe another 10-15k, so it will be a short story. It’s actually set about five years or so after the end of Ghost of the Cascade Mountains and I’m considering making a connection there. I just know going into the school year if I’m going to commit to a chapter a week I need to make some choices, so I don’t have this one on an official rotation. I want to probably keep this one open posted, but if folks on patreon want to see updates of this fic over other ones I could certainly move things around!

So right now this is my proposed weekly update schedule for September/October. I’ll try to double update with some of my other stories where I can, but this would be what I’m committing to. Thoughts? Also should I change Blood and Rosewater to first person?

Just putting it out there but I think you're writing reads significantly better when you do it in 1st person. I like all your work but your 1st person stuff just sings. I was wondering what made you decide to write more stuff 3rd person?
Thank you. I appreciate your perspective. I probably have some kind of neurotic idea that 1st person is lacking something in the way it tells a story because it is waaaay easier for me to write. And I always regretted switching to 1st person for Haunted City. I do think think for Ghost of the Cascade Mountains and Taliesin we do get something from being able to be in both protagonists heads that makes the tension more interesting. I was wondering if Blood and Rosewater should be 1st person though, so now I’m gonna think about that some more.
