I'm very sorry to report that due to EU changes in the way VAT taxes are applied, the price of The Watcher's Keep eBook has gone up in virtually every EU country.
If you don't like this situation, be sure you complain to your government to work with the EU and get eBooks classified just like regular books, and not like Digital Services.
In most EU countries, the VAT on print books is 0%, where the VAT on eBooks now averages 20%.
