Emma's picture book, Curly from Shirley, was a national bestseller and named best opening lines by NZ Post. Emma's latest picture book, Kitty Stuck, was published by A Spark in the Sand and illustrated by her super talented daughter.

Novels include:
Skeletal and Avian - a dystopian duology.
Paper Dolls - stand alone crime novel.

Nine of of her short stories have been published in anthologies.
