Meet and Greet Power Rangers Live in Genting During School Holidays
Are you a huge fan of Power Rangers? When I was a child, I liked em very much. I practically grew up with Power Rangers. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to be exact.
My parents did not approve it as the showtime back then somewhat clashes with my tuition class and I would occasionally skip classes or asks for replacement so that I could watch Power Rangers. My favourite was the Yellow Ranger, and I could still remember collecting Power Rangers merchandises and stashing them down under my bed so that my mother wouldn’t find my treasure.
As I grow up, I grew out of Power Rangers and started to go nuts on Japanese manga and anime, but the child in me still got excited over Power Rangers when I discovered that they are making a comeback and in live show in Malaysia nevertheless; Power Rangers Live in Genting 2016.
I was given an opportunity to watch it first hand during the media preview in Resorts World Genting and it felt like a childhood dream came true. I felt like a little girl all over again, fantasizing that I’m Yellow Ranger.
Power Rangers Live in Genting 2016, is the first Power Rangers live show to be ever held in Southeast Asia.
Power Rangers Live in Genting 20162 is based on the two Power Rangers television series, the popular Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and Dino Charge.
The stage performance focuses on the battles between the Power Rangers and Sledge’s army for the former’s magical Energems that hold invincible powers.
The Power Rangers, the five warriors chosen by the Energems to protect Earth and to prevent it from falling into evil hands, find themselves repeatedly engaged in battle with Fury, Poisandra and their sidekicks.
The villians in Power Rangers Live in Genting 2016 plotting their evil scheme.
But one of the Power Rangers, Pink, is captured by the villains—along with an Energem. The fate of the world then lies in the hands of the rest of the Power Rangers—they have to free Pink and regain the Energem.

Attractions in Bentong: Bee Farm & Bee Museum
This is a continuation of my Cuti Cuti Malaysia #Dekatje Visit Bentong project. While the place I’ll be talking about is not exactly geographically located in Bentong, it is pretty much a place that is located nearby. Located in between the small town of Raub and Bentong, Valley Agro Park is actually famous locally for being a must visit attraction should you visit Bentong, Pahang.
Valley Agro Park consists of a few attractions on it’s own, which are the chalets, the Bee Farm and Bee Museum, the restaurant and the fishing pond. It is a perfect place for an eco escapade but if you are looking for something sweetly educational, try visiting the Bee Farm and the Bee Museum, located in the vicinity of Valley Agro Park.
The Bee Farm and the Bee Museum is pretty much unique and houses stingless bees that produce honey with unique taste.

The bees that we visited were all stingless bees. Yay to that.
We get to see plenty of beehives where stingless bees goes about their daily lives, collecting honey from plants and flowers around them.

Attractions in Bentong: Mini Rabbit Petting Zoo in Bilut Extreme Park
Love to get up close and personal with little furry friends? Here’s one place you can go to; the Bilut Extreme Park in Bentong. While the main attraction is the ATV off-roading ride throughout the palm oil terrain and outdoor sports archery, they also have mini rabbit petting zoo in the vicinity of the extreme park. I had the opportunity to get friendly with the little furkids during my Mother’s Day trip with my family in Bilut Extreme Park, and my, what an experience it was.
Mini rabbit petting zoo
The rabbits are pretty shy and they were hiding in the beginning. But after awhile, they started to come out from their holes and started to make an appearance.
The rabbits
A lone, curious little one, looking at me.
One started to approach me.
And the rest started to warm up. Interestingly enough, one of them got overly friendly and started to chew on my shoes. My shoes must be really tasty as they couldn’t seems to stop.
The rest started hopping after my son.
Bilut Extreme Park is indeed a family friendly place and if there is an opportunity for a revisit, I would definitely say yes in a heartbeat.

While ATV off-roading is the main attraction in Bilut Extreme Park, Bentong, another not to be missed extreme sport over there is the outdoor sport archery.

Bilut Extreme Park: Outdoor Archery Range
Here’s a video of Miss Isabel Low, showing us how to shoot an arrow.
Archery equipments; glove, wrist guard, bow and arrows.
I gave it a try and discovered that it is something that is really exhilarating and definitely helps to relieve some stress. Distance to target starts from 10 feet to 100 feet and I took quite some time to get a hang of it.
Here’s my score. Not too shabby, eh?
