Ever disturbed one in the middle of the night?
God! These things used to freak me out when I'd go to tuck my little girls in! I'd accidentally jostle one, and the thing would wake up and start making these awful trilling squeals... I can still hear their little voices in my mind, and the thought makes my blood run cold. A few years ago they couldn't give them away at the Goodwill, and now they're back to trying to sell them again.
