Goodreads Drama
It seems like every time I pop onto Goodreads there's a new kerfuffle brewing. People getting attacked for voicing their opinions, butthurt writers and their minions pissing & moaning over said opinions, and worst of all... uptight prudes flagging some truly fine pulchritude.
It's enough to make you sick.
Can't we all just agree to disagree without trying to censor one another? Neither writing nor reviewing is a job for the thin-skinned, and anyone who gets all indignant about someone with a different POV needs to look in the mirror. Who doesn't like a little bit of snark once in a while? Where would American Idol be without Simon Cowell? Oh that's right... It sucks!
Okay, I'm going to curl back up into my protective armor now.
