Gillian Drake is a food writer, nutritional consultant, and medical intuitive with a lifelong passion for helping others achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives. Her journey into holistic health began in 1989 after overcoming chronic fatigue through major dietary changes and alternative nutrition, a transformation that continues to inform her work today. Born in Wales and raised across the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore, she cultivated a deep curiosity about global diets and lifestyles, later studying art history at the University of Surrey and working in biochemical research at University College Hospital Medical School in London.
