Give Me A Drink Of Water

"Some people say that when one life ends another begins. Not necessarily the beginning of life like a new born child, but a the rebirth of one's self. I ask myself if she was still here will I be the woman that I am today? I sometimes still have dreams about her. And in those dreams everything is normal, but then I wake up. Now that I have completed my Createspace process of getting my cover and interior approved. I am now waiting for my proof. Everything is set in place, and now I can rest and let my readers take over.

To Blog or Not to Blog...

Thats not a question. 
Now that my book is available on Smashwords and Kindle, and in the process on NOOK and Paperback, I can sleep at night now. I can finally get back to my life. You know the usual wash clothes and clean my room, but most importantly I can get back to writing. I miss it and I love it. I am currently working on a project which I cannot reveal the title yet. It is a special gift for some people I know. So, I will keep it a secret so that I might finish it. I am half way...

Slow Down? I Think Not!!!

People always tell me to slow down you have too many things going on. I say why? What for? Then they look at me with a baffled look on their face. I say if the big name star can get away with having there own books, clothes and jewelry, then why can't I?

If someone would have told me months ago that doing things myself would be hard, I would have said, "SHUT UP! and watch me do it." Now that I know how hard it really is I say, "SHUT UP!" I did it on my own anyway!!!

Book Updates

So, I published through Smashword and still working on Kindle. I had to reformat my document. After 3-4 times I am finally please to announce that The Unsacred Gift will be available on Kindle Tuesday March 8th, 2011.

Work of a Self Published Author

So, as I am going through the self published process, I did not realized how much work it entails. The formatting, the making sure it is perfect, and the many downloads and constant revisions to make sure everything is ready for review. I mean when they say the easy part of the whole writing process is writing the book, it was the truth. That was the fun part, but the publishing part is the hard part. Would I do it all over again? Yes. Do I regret doing it? No. I had a BLAST!
