Excerpt
“If you try to leave here, I’ll spank you until this perfect ass is red and your sweet little pussy is dripping wet.”Pink stained her cheeks. Her exhale sounded shaky. She didn’t look at him, but remained in the position he’d put her, staring at the wall. The heady scent of her arousal told him he’d already achieved the second goal. And damn, he’d never wanted a human this badly before.“Let me know when you want me to take care of that ache between your legs,” he murmured, then stepped back. “I’d be happy to bury my cock between those thighs and fuck some warmth into you.”His taunt worked, because she drew herself up, yanking her hands away from the wall and spinning on him, cheeks flushed red. “Go to hell,” she huffed and marched right for the front door.“Don’t do it,” he warned. She took a final look over her shoulder at him and threw the door wide, taking off running the minute she stepped outside. His inner wolf took over. Before he could rein himself in, he charged after her, vision domed, the thrill of the hunt upon him. No, the thrill of mating. In a flash, he was upon her, the animal in him roaring to…Could it be? Mark. His inner wolf wanted to mate with her--permanently. Somehow, he stayed in human form. He caught her. With one arm wrapped around her waist, his free hand ripped her skirt up out of the way and went straight to her core. Without any permission from his brain, his fingers rubbed her clit over her lacy panties while he carried her, kicking and struggling back into the house.

Spotlight on being released tomorrow - Georgia Lyn Hunter's Contemporary romance - Players to Men #contemporary #romance

Author: Georgia Lyn HunterGenre: Contemporary RomanceSeries: Players to MenTitle: Breathless #1
About the Author:
I’ve been creating stories from the moment I could string two words together. No matter the tale, it always has romance woven through them. Yes, I'm a hopeless romantic. When I’m not writing or plotting new books, I like to read, travel, painting, or troll flea markets where I usually buy things I might never actually use because they're so pretty. After working in a few jobs all art related, a chosen career as a fashion designer, then an art teacher, I finally found my passion four years ago: writing. There really is no other job I’d rather do.Oh, and I hail from the beautiful country of South Africa, and currently live in the Middle East.

BLURB

When the fairy tale life you believed in falls apart, there is nothing else left…
Or so I thought, until Trouble, wrapped in one hunky body and a sinful smile promising untold pleasure of the carnal kind, lands on my doorstep. Despite what my body demands or the fact that I’m irresistibly drawn to him, I’d been burned too deeply to dare try again. Besides, Max Meade-Sinclair is my younger sister’s best friend—and totally off-limits.
Ila Logan’s coolly dismissive manner captures and challenges me from the moment our paths cross. What I want, I usually get. A little thing like age isn’t going to stop me. Neither are the men who disappear into her secluded room. However, she proves a difficult opponent who leaves me falling for her a little more at each encounter. This tempestuous woman is mine, but to win her, I must dig deeper, and show her that beneath my brawling, player facade exists a man who would go to the ends of the earth to make her happy. But surviving my own dark past may just destroy the fragile bond growing between us…

Footsteps sounded. I didn’t want company and hoped whomever it was would just fuck off. I took another drag, filling my lungs with more smoke.“Max?”At her voice, everything in me tensed. I glanced at her. “What do you want?”She drew closer. “Are you all right?”A harsh laugh caught in my throat. All right? God, I was so fucked in the head over this woman, I had no idea which way was up or down. It surprised me that she’d come after me.Deliberately, I let my gaze sweep over her as I took a longer pull on my cigarette, wanting some reaction out of her instead of this frigid wall she presented me with daily. Her face flushed, and she crossed her arms beneath her chest, dragging my gaze to her tempting breasts. Her short, unpainted, ragged nails dug into the flesh of her upper arms, but her fingers were messed with the tan and cream oils she’d used painting the fucker. “Why are you here? Don’t you have a client to see to?”A sigh escaped her. “Max, this isn’t working. Kate, my boss, has a place available. It’s not very expensive—”“Of course,” I drawled and took another pull from my smoke. “Easier to get rid of me than face the truth, isn’t it, Ila? Be honest with yourself for once. You want me, too, and you’re too fucking scared to admit it.”Her gaze shifted away from mine and then came back—a hint of desperation in her gaze. “I’m not scared.”“Really?” Anger edged my cold tone. “Then why so anxious to get rid of me? Running, Ila?”“I’m not running—don’t you want a decent bed to sleep on instead of a couch? And stop calling me that!”She didn’t like me calling her Ila? Satisfaction welled. I’d rattled her. “It’s your name, isn’t it?”Her mouth tightened. “Not the way you say it.”“It’s odd. My sleeping arrangements never came up until I wanted to rearrange your client’s face.”“You can’t be comfortable there.”I ignored that. “Just how do I say your name, Logan?” I lowered my tone to a sensual purr. “And I don’t care where I sleep so long as it’s near you.”The mouth I was dying to taste again opened then closed. I’d never hidden the fact that I wanted her.“Stop it.” A whisper.I took another pull on my smoke. “Why?”“God, Max, must I spell this out for you—”“That you’re older?”A deep sigh left her. “Yes, that’s part of it.”What? I was too young to even consider the type of relationship she’d probably want?Grasping her hand, I pressed it against my chest. “Whatever is happening inside here tells me differently. When I think of him naked around you, I want to kill him.”Her lips trembled. She eased her hand from under mine. “Max, don’t make this any harder than it is—”Her eyes widened. Bet she hadn’t meant to let that slip.Hell, I could be a nice guy and let it go. I could even take up the offer of whatever poky box of an apartment she’d so sweetly offered. But I wasn’t nice. I always walked where I shouldn’t. And when it came to this gorgeous and insecure girl who thought she was too old for me, I had no qualms about not being fucking nice.“So you think it’s wrong, me wanting you?”“Yes.”The fact that she said it without hesitation twisted my stomach.“And I have a date. Tomorrow,” she added.Irritation surged through me. No more, I was done playing.“I see.” I eyed her for a second. “Okay, then. One kiss. Can’t hurt, right, with you dating someone else?” I killed the end bit of my smoke on a nearby wrought iron table and tossed it away. “And I want it all, Logan, since it’s probably the only thing I’ll get from you.” Sliding my hands into my pockets, I rocked on my heels and waited.“You’re crazy!” She spun and headed back for the stairs.“Scared?” My soft word floated in the night. Accusing. She stopped dead. A low growl escaping her, she pivoted and stomped back to me. Grabbing my tee, she yanked me down to her and slammed her mouth on mine.It wasn’t the kiss I wanted, but it pierced me all the way to my hardened heart. Before she pulled away, I slid my arms around her waist. “Not so fast. That’s not the kiss I want—this is.”

So,how did farm-girl Fuchsia end up at LEATHER-ICIOUS in East Millburg? A snippet from Daryl Devore's FL.E.S.H. #erotic #billionaire

From my second erotic contemporary billionaire romance - FL.E.S.H.

Scene Set - Peyton and Fuchsia went for a hike and picnic in his Alaskan backyard.

"How did farm-girl Fuchsia end up at LEATHER-ICIOUS in East Millburg? That's a quarter of the country away.""When I was ten, Mom put me in Mrs. Stetson's Ballet Academy. Turns out the clumsy farmer's daughter had an unknown talent. I trained to be a ballerina."He sipped his wine, but stayed silent. She was staring at the bears, but was lost in her head. The edge to her voice suggested this was not a happy story."By age twelve, I had to leave home to train at a better school. I hated that. I'm an only child. When I left… my mom looked so sad." She swallowed a mouthful of wine. Peyton topped up her glass."Jumping ahead, I was hired by the Ohio Repertory Ballet Company. It's not a big one. But a great place to start. I was in the corps de ballet, and I was dancing. What could be better?""You were in what?""Corps de ballet. You know, in a picture when you see the prima ballerina… that's the star, and there are dancers around her. One of them was me. Not a star. Not a soloist. Just a beginner. Three years later, I'd worked up the ranks. I was understudying the lead soloist. I jumped. I landed. I screamed. The doctor said I'd ruptured my Achilles tendon." She pulled her knees up close to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. When her glass was half full, Peyton poured in more."The surgeon screwed up, and now I can't dance anymore. Not professionally. I was given compensation, and I used that to open my school and try and keep it running, but the bills pile up and everything costs so much.""So, how did you end up at LEATHER-ICIOUS?""I needed another job to help support the school. Most jobs conflicted with the hours of the school.""But the club is at night and so no conflicts. Oh." He dropped his forehead to the blanket. "I'm an idiot. I kept telling you how hot you are when you dance and to you that's… salt in the wound because you can't perform your ballet."Fuchsia blinked, sniffed, and looked off to her left.

Scene Set -Flame and Pete's first glance.

With a twist, she lowered her leg, turned so her back was against the pipe, and kicked off the stage. With her legs spread wide, the black crotch of her thong exposed to all, she swung around the pole. The brilliant stage lights blurred as they seemed to whiz by. She slapped her feet to the floor, dropped to side splits, and humped the floor for several bars of music. When she raised her head, her gaze met two eyes staring intently at her. A small grin hovered over his lips. Forgetting her number one rule, she smiled back. He tilted his head in a small nod.

Sci-fi erotic - Her Alien Commander by Ashe Barker #erotic #romance #ashebarker

Her Alien Commander By Ashe Barker
Stormy Night, 2016Released 2 September 2016Sci-fi erotic romance Approximately 64,000 wordsHEA ending
#eroticromance #ashebarker #discipline #dominance #spanking #sci-fi #bdsm
Blurb
After leaving Earth on what she thought would be an adventure, Caria Montgomery quickly ends up in way over her head. Captured by hostile aliens, she faces the prospect of perishing on an isolated planet until she is rescued by Commander Phahlen Verdar and his crew.
Phahlen is delighted to have a human female aboard his ship. In the years since the women of his own world were nearly wiped out by a terrible plague, taking a mate has become all but impossible for most males of his species, and he doesn’t plan to let this opportunity pass him by. His plan to claim Caria is aided by the fact that, due to the unsavoury nature of the crew of the ship on which she was travelling, she is now a wanted fugitive back on Earth.
Though Caria is initially defiant, a sound spanking on her bare bottom demonstrates her admittedly handsome future mate’s resolve. His bold dominance awakens an intense need within her, and before long she finds herself yearning for the pleasure of his masterful lovemaking. But is she truly prepared to surrender herself fully to her alien commander, or will she seek to return to Earth and clear her name as soon as possible?
Publisher’s Note: Her Alien Commander includes spankings and sexual scenes. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

Author InterviewThis is entirely optional, but if you want to make a more individual post, please feel free to select up to 6 Q&As to include – your choice which ones you use.
1.      Who or what was the inspiration for Caria? Is she anything like you? Well I’ve never joined a crew of space pirates and raided inter-stellar craft, but I might if the opportunity arose. I suppose Caria is something of an adventurer, and I’m a bit like that too. She tends to jump in with both feet, then worry about the consequences later. In Her Alien Commander she is often impetuous, but she has a streak of bloody-minded determination too, which I admire. The odds might be stacked against her, but she doesn’t give up.
2.      So, tell us a bit more about Phahlen. He’s stern and sexy, with a twitchy palm, but what else is there to know? Well, I think you just about covered the basics there. Phahlen has a strong sense of duty, and of justice, though Caria may not think so, at least not at first. He knows what he wants from her, but he takes care of her too. He saves her life at the start of the book, and it’s Phahlen who finds a solution to the problem of her criminal past. He’s always there when she needs him, though it takes her a while to appreciate his finer qualities.
3.      How many books have you written? Are they all spanking fiction? I think I have about forty titles out now, and they are all erotic stories. Some are more BDSM themed and some are spanking/domestic discipline. At first I wrote just contemporary stories, then I started adding a few historicals as well. Her Alien Commander is my first sci-fi and I loved writing it.
4.      Why do you enjoy writing sci-fi? Because I love the idea of playing God. I can create just the world(s) I want, set up whatever social system suits my story, and craft the most amazing characters. The usual laws of physics, time, and cultural behavior don’t count so the story-telling can be much more creative and inventive in an alternative universe. Stories which might be really controversial if written as a contemporary romance can be ‘cloaked’ in a sci-fi.
5.      What advice would you have for writers who decide to try their hand at erotica? I’d tell them to have a go, but to have a decent thesaurus to hand. And an internet connection. Youtube is the erotica writer’s friend. 6.      Do you see writing as a career? Yes. I try to be fairly ordered about it. I like to be at my desk (well, more accurately the kitchen table) laptop fired up and coffee to hand, by nine in the morning and I tend to write for most of the day then. There are also a lot of related tasks to keep on top of, mainly to do with promo or research, or keeping in touch with readers and other authors. It’s definitely a full-time job for me.
7.      Do you recall how your interest in writing originated? I think it was always there, though I only started writing properly about three years ago. I have always tended to plot stories in my head though, often when sitting in traffic jams on my daily commute. I now work at home so all that time spent inhaling exhaust fumes is finally paying off.
8.      If you could have been told one thing that you weren't told when you were a teenager, what would you like to have heard? I was given lots of advice as a teenager, much of it unsolicited and not especially good. I think we all have to make our own mistakes, but hopefully I haven’t made the same mistake to many times. That would be sad. Looking back, I think the most important thing I picked up along the way was that we all have choices, all the time. We’re entitled to choose our own way in life, but we should also be ready to own and accept the consequences of our decisions.Someone once invited me to cast my mind forward to a time perhaps sixty years from now when I’ll be long-gone and my daughter (currently eighteen) is herself entering old age. Imagine she’s talking to her grandchildren, telling them about me. What would I like her to be saying? My actions now, today, will dictate what those obituaries might be so don’t leave it until later to be the sort of person you want to be remembered as.
9.      If you had to describe yourself using three words, it would be… Resilient. Creative. Calm.
10.   What would you do if you were the last person on this earth? Turn out the lights.
11.   If you were to write a book about yourself, what would you name it? I think at some level or other they are all a little bit about me. I could never write a book about a heroine I didn’t actually like or identify with in some way. Maybe I’d call my autobiography Made a Difference, because I hope that would be true. Perhaps that should be on my gravestone rather than a book cover, come the day.
12.   What's your favorite love story? (movie or book) I adore Love Actually and I can’t count how many times I’ve seen that movie. It has lots of love stories all rolled up and woven into each other, but I think perhaps my favourite is the one featuring Hugh Grant.I also remember reading Katherine by Anya Seton many years ago, and I’ve never forgotten the magic that shimmers between Katherine and her hero, John of Gaunt. Their lifetime love affair is set against the dramatic backdrop of medieval England, a period I also like to write about.

“You have no privacy now, Caria.”And didn’t she know it? That examination was proof enough. She tilted her chin again but offered no comment.“Is that it? Have you no more to say to me?”“No, sir.”“You surprise me, Caria. I had expected to hear of your fears that once I learnt of your infertility I might find myself with no use for you after all. I don’t flatter myself that you harbour any real enthusiasm for your new station, but the alternatives are perhaps even less palatable. I believe you thought to avoid a worse fate by pretending acceptance of my terms. Am I right?”Caria flattened her mouth, determined not to answer if she could help it.“So, despite agreeing with me just now that omission of the truth is as culpable as lying to me, you still persist. You disappoint me, Caria.”That remark stung her into offering something. Anything. “I… I had no idea what was wrong, that there even was anything wrong with me. I thought that maybe I was just unlucky.”He shook his head. “You knew, or at least you suspected. I wondered why you were so tense, but it’s all clear enough now. You knew we’d discover the truth, just as I’m discovering it now despite your best efforts. Shall we cease this game, Caria?”“I don’t know what you mean, sir.”“Liar. I suggest you stop now before you make an already precarious situation infinitely worse.” He paused and watched her.Caria felt not unlike a mouse caught in a cat’s claws, helpless and unable to escape, an unwitting plaything.Phahlen continued. “I understand fear well enough, Caria, and I know it can drive us all to make poor decisions. You have no reason, yet, to trust me and it may surprise you to learn I understand why you kept this information to yourself. I might have done the same in your situation. It’s your insistence on clinging to this falsehood, though, which concerns me now. I need to know what you’re thinking and feeling, otherwise I will not be in a position to take care of you.”“Take care of me?” Caria couldn’t contain her snort of derision. “You call abduction, imprisonment, and assault taking care of me? Please, Commander, do not trouble yourself further on my behalf.”His eyes narrowed, and Caria knew she had gone too far. This Vahlean had made it clear how he would deal with insubordination and she had no reason to suppose he would welcome her sarcasm either. She stepped backward, her instinct to put more distance between herself and his anger.Phahlen rose from his seat and came around the desk. He stopped and leaned one hip on the edge, watching as Caria edged further away. He said nothing, just pointed to a spot on the floor about two feet in front of him.Caria’s brief flirtation with bravado evaporated. He would spank her again, or worse. No one on board this ship would help her, there was no escape. Slowly, her eyes on the floor, she returned to stand on the spot he indicated. She was surprised when he placed two fingers under her chin and tipped her face up so he could meet her gaze. His eyes were stern, but not unkind. Perhaps he did understand after all.“How long did you expect your deception to last, Caria? Did you imagine you might get away with it, even?”“No, sir,” she whispered. “I, I didn’t think it through.” That, at least, was true. Her actions had been on the spur of the moment.“Didn’t you? I’m not so sure. I wonder if you perhaps thought to make your escape before your little charade was discovered.”“No, sir, I—”“Caria…” The warning in his tone was beyond misinterpretation. And yet again he had scored a direct hit.“I… I believed I might… That you…”“Quite. But that’s not going to happen. You’re going nowhere unless I permit it, and the sooner you reconcile yourself to that reality, the better.

JOURNEY TO DAWN: step one breathe - by Reily Garrett #menage #romance

JOURNEY TO DAWN: step one breatheby Reily Garrett

Genre: mengage romance/ M/F/M

For those who have teetered on the brink of oblivion…

One out of six, Abrielle never thought herself a statistic until her idyllic life shattered one night in a dark and frozen alley. Assaulted and discarded to the street’s detritus, she fled the city in an attempt to outrun the horror and pain of humiliation. Her new existence consisted of fear, anger, and shame.

Through endless nightmares and cringing from every shadow, life continued to deliver difficult and exhausting lessons. The recovery process is not a linear transition, but fraught with triggers and mental minefields she must navigate to restore a semblance of normal life.

After two years of painstaking progress, Abrielle returns with her therapy dog to face the two men who’d loved her, praying they can all find closure and move forward with their lives.

This story revolves around one woman’s ascent from the hellish nightmare of sexual assault.

“Hello, Abby,” Morgan murmured, his greeting issued from lips that seemed a little firmer, the lines surrounding his mouth a little deeper, yet his eyes penetrated everything in their path, dissecting, evaluating. Some things never changed.

The tone said it all, declared what her mind couldn’t comprehend. That deep voice could seduce anything between heaven and hell, destroying months of mental preparation to remain neutral. The intonation released anxiety’s hold around her libido one syllable at a time until undeniable warmth invaded every cell in her body. The conflicting emotions equaled sitting at the devil’s side as flames licked up one’s nether regions, all while he fed small slivers of dry ice, which summed up her physical responses, burning both inside and out.

Nothing could stop her gaze from bonding to the dark eyes that haunted her sleep, the scattered, unconscious fantasies where she reveled in Morgan’s caresses even as her other partner drove her lust to uncontrollable heights.

All those pipe dreams had vanished one night in a cold, filthy alley.

“Hi, Morgan. You look…good.” If anything in the world could resuscitate her battered soul, Morgan was one of two that stood the best odds. But that opportunity had sailed long ago. She used to describe his looks as dark and dangerous—black hair, blue eyes, a stubborn jaw that reinforced the strong angles of his face. Then she’d learned new, horrific, and painful meanings of the terms.

Stepping up beside him, the other half of her lost life offered a sincere, heart-melting smile. “Hello, sweetheart.” Like Morgan, Finn didn’t make a move to enter her domain—as if aware of the changes she’d endured. Sandy blond hair accentuated dark, emerald eyes that turned stormy when heated with desire. Now, they held emotions she couldn’t disentangle, something unfathomable fringed with accusation that sliced through air thickened with anticipation. If they raked her over the coals, it was nothing less than she deserved.

Both stood over six-foot-two, able to cocoon her with a sense of security with their mere presence. Searching their gazes, her men, the ones she’d known and loved, were still there, but now tempered with a steadfastness that declared her determination inconsequential.Security, that most coveted prize she’d thrown away in her misguided attempt to outrun terror and shame. However, she was no longer a submissive, anyone’s submissive, and she had the scars to prove it.As much as Morgan’s self-confidence screamed dominance, she didn’t fear him. Like Finn, he echoed a time when she had taken their presence for granted. “Hello, Finn.” Jellied legs wouldn’t sustain her weight, despite how slim and toned she’d become through exercise and an inability to properly eat. She remained seated and indicated the chairs opposite her desk.

“Thank you.” In tandem, both men strode in and sat with even more self-assurance than she remembered.

“Before you say anything, I want to apologize…”

“For running away when you needed our help? Or for breaking our hearts?” Finn was the first to list her sins.

And this is supposed to be the easy part of recovery. “Actually—both. I know I should’ve done more than leave a note. But, well, I couldn’t. I was scared and confused and hurt.”

“Scared we couldn’t keep you safe?” A thread of Finn’s anger bled through his disbelief.

“We didn’t keep her safe, we failed. That’s why she ran.” Morgan closed his eyes as pain washed over his expression. Two fingers covered his mouth as if trying to suppress an old argument and emotions bubbling under the surface of his restraint.

“Look. First, it wasn’t your responsibility to protect me. I failed. My arrogance and stupidity landed me in that position. I’m sorry I ran, but nothing I can do will change the past. I needed time to heal.”

“If you were healed, you’d be in vet school. It was your dream.” Morgan accepted Crystal’s sniffing welcome before reaching under her head to stroke her chest. “She smells Lexus.”

“Who’s Lexus?” Their new submissive? Abby’s wary glance flicked from Morgan to Finn. An all-encompassing dread filled her stomach. Knowing some great upheaval approached at the speed of a freight train didn’t help one prepare for the devastation. She’d known this was coming.

“Lexus is our Bernese Mountain dog,” Morgan replied, his sad smile confirming an understanding of her thought’s direction.

“Things change, Abby. We get that. We’ve changed, too. Come to dinner with us and talk. You used to love the little restaurant down the highway before Saunter’s Cove. It’s quiet, and we can watch the late surfers while we eat.” Morgan’s tone threaded concern with the subtle command.

“Um, Crystal—not all businesses welcome service dogs...” She didn’t remember seeing canines by the cozy tables under the brightly colored awnings.

“She’s welcome to join us. They won’t have a problem getting along. Lexus is well socialized. The owner at Lucca’s Café loves dogs.” Morgan squashed her refusal before she’d given it voice. “You owe us that much, Abby.” Morgan’s innate strength flooded the room to surround her in swathing comfort.

Unlike Cami, Abrielle’s scar wasn’t visible unless she wore deep V-neck shirts or unbuttoned her collar, both remnants of a past life. Still, self-consciousness forced her to fiddle with the necklace around her throat, disguising her need to ensure adequate coverage.

As if understanding her impending refusal, Finn stood and ambled around her desk while maintaining eye contact. That same intensity used to scrutinize her every breath during a scene, watching her for signs of increased stress. “I know you’re not afraid of us, sweetheart. We just want to take you to dinner. No strings attached. We need to see for ourselves that you’re all right.”

“You’re going to want…” With two dominants in the room, one standing almost behind her, Abrielle’s words faltered. She merely nodded permission before Finn’s knuckles barely skimmed her shoulders in the lightest of touches, as if he could absorb her shame into his strength, so she couldn’t breathe it deep into her lungs with every inhalation.

A quiet gasp at the contact before heat, so much wonderful heat, invaded to the very depth of her spirit. She sighed as her lack of control saw her head tilting into his touch.

“We want nothing but to take you to dinner. We’ll keep it casual. We need to see that you’re in one piece and on a healing path.” Morgan’s grin widened with her obviously weakening reserves.

She hadn’t relaxed her guard in the presence of a man for two years. Now, she could barely focus as Finn’s strong fingers probed the tight muscles of her shoulders and neck, reminding her how often he’d done so after a scene. Though time never dissolved the horrific memories completely, it could dim and keep them from throwing her world off-kilter.

“If you tell me to stop, I will, but I know you’re enjoying this. Nothing is going to be the same as it was, but it doesn’t mean life can’t be good again, sweetheart,” Finn whispered close to her ear as if to avoid breaking the mesmerizing spell he weaved through his resistance-melting massage, one stroke at a time.

Sexy in Space or what I could come up with - on this week's My Sexy Saturday #MySexySaturday #Saturday7 #MSS170

Welcome to the 170th week of My Sexy Saturday. This week’s theme: Sexy in Space

Haven't got a space related story - so I'll just pop something up.

From the opening scene of Brace for Impact - a plane was as close as I could come up with.

The plane jerked. Metal shrieked in complaint. Fear rang loud in the screams of the passengers. Lori's pulse pounded in her chest. Her breaths came in short pants. She swiped at the sweat on her upper lip, her stomach knotting then boiling. It was close. The end.

Brace for Impact
What could be simpler than a routine plane trip from Toronto, Canada to Caracas, Venezuela for a rookie flight attendant and a sexy R.C.M.P. officer?
But Fate had other intentions.
After leaving a disastrous marriage, Paix Allcot begins a new career as a flight attendant. The romance of travel plus the desperate need to be on any other continent other than the one her ex is on seems like a dream job. For the first time, Paix is no longer a trainee and the passengers in economy class are under her care. Especially the handsome passenger seated in 36C.
Guy Lapierre, undercover officer, is following a vicious human-trafficker. He has little time for relationships. Too many innocent lives are at stake. But when the plane crashes and Guy is stranded on a tropical island, he is forced to work with Paix to survive until he discovers that the man he is tracking is Paix's older brother.
Can a pink bra and a hot night on the side of a volcano save the relationship and their lives?

Review - Daryl Devore's book was fantastic also it was probably one of my favorites of the set. I was crying at the end thinking the worst but it turned out great.
Review - Daryl Devore likes to add unexpected events to her novels. And this one has several which if you google you’ll discover have really happened. So as you read this delightful story thinking it over the top, remember that while some events may seem improbable, life is full of improbable occurrences.
I thought both Guy and Paix were stand-up people. Paix had a moment of not so stand up when she finds her brother, but even there, when she thinks it through, she rights herself in short order. No one is perfect, but these two are really good, which results in great extreme action fun.
2 Warnings: The sex is explicit and the final chapter might scare you at first, but keep reading.

Kidnapped by Peyton, Fuchsia's first morning in Alaska. FL.E.S.H. by Daryl Devore #erotic #billionaire #romance

From my second erotic contemporary billionaire romance - FL.E.S.H.

Scene Set - Peyton kidnaps Fuchsia and brings her to his log cabin in Alaska.

Settling onto one the Adirondack chairs, he rested his cup on the oversized arm and gazed out at the view before him. The lawn dropped over the edge of the cliff leading to the inlet. On the opposite side, far in the distance, the mountains stood proud and still snowcapped. The expanse of blue sky held his focus for several minutes. At his office, the sky was blocked by towering high-rises, either apartments or business towers. But here, the sky was as it should be: free. It was good to be home. He really should get out of his office and come up here more often. It was good for him. Lost in his reverie, he raised his cup and sipped another mouthful."Morning."He turned and stifled a small groan. The vision standing before him was more stunning that the vista Mother Nature provided. Fuchsia wore a baggy sweater, a loose pair of sweat pants, and her hair still mussed from her night's sleep. She gripped her cup of coffee like a priceless treasure. He nodded. "Morning. Sleep well?""Need coffee." She sat in the chair next to him.He pointed. "It's in the cup in your hand."She glanced down, chuckled, raised the cup to her lips, and gazed across the inlet.Peyton left her to her morning contemplation.Several minutes later, she gave a small shudder and checked her watch. "One-thirty. Wow. Haven't slept that late in a while.""Actually, it's ten-thirty."She blinked. "Oh, yeah. Alaska. Think the caffeine is beginning to work. I can feel brain cells waking up. Gorgeous view.""In that case," he stood, "I'd better get us something to eat.""Want some help?"He shook his head. "No. Stay. Enjoy the view. It does wonders for your soul." Entering his kitchen, he paused and rubbed his chin. Breakfast. Hmm? Bacon and eggs. Too… simple. Need something more… He pulled open a cupboard. "Ah!" He grabbed the flour, sugar, baking powder, a large mixing bowl, and a whisk. Opening the fruit crisper, he pulled out a container of blueberries, some milk, and a jug of maple syrup. Placing everything on the counter, he pulled down his juicer and grabbed a bag of oranges. Fresh squeezed OJ and blueberry pancakes. Grab a couple more things. There. Got this on lockdown.Cooking was Peyton's secret passion. There were moments in his life when he wished he'd gone a different route and become a chef, but the luxury of being a billionaire meant he could indulge his passion. He'd hired world-class chefs to teach him how to cook, but he rarely displayed his talent to anyone but family. Fuchsia was his first. He held the whisk above the batter. Why? Why not just pop into town and grab something at the diner? Did he want to keep her a secret? Or did he want to impress her with his skills? Which question was accurate?

FL. E. S. H.FLame's Electrifying Sexy HeatWhen secrets conflict with dreams, love explodes.
After a mistake by a surgeon’s scalpel shattered Fuchsia Quinn's dance career, she picked up the pieces of her life and moved forward. As the owner of a small, struggling dance school in a depressed neighborhood she supplements her income with a late night job at a dive bar. Haunted by the fear of humiliation, if her secret is revealed, her life was under control until the night he walked into the bar.
Peyton Lang, having run from a bad neighborhood, lives the lifestyle of a successful billionaire. Frustrated that his current multi-million dollar project is stalled, Peyton drops in to LEATHER-ICIOUS for a simple drink and late night entertainment. What he saw was a beautiful redhead. What he found was he wanted her.
After a lusty night with a hot pole dancer, Peyton and Fuchsia's worlds are about to collide.

What people are saying about FL.E.S.H.5 Star ***** I had never read any of Daryl Devore's books and man, am I glad I read this one! Peyton is the guy we all want and Fuchsia is a girl who is not giving up on her dreams. When the two collide, everything is turned upside down and the result is hot, but also laugh out loud funny. I will definitely have to read more of Devore's books!
5 Star ***** This is the first book I have had the privilege of reading by Daryl Devote (Devore). I'm hooked!! Peyton and Fuchsia's story was full of heat and love. Their playful banter had me laughing out loud. I would definitely recommend this book to my family and friends.
