Moving my books to Kindle Unlimited

Dear Readers,

After a year of publishing and distributing through Smashwords, I have decided to focus on a single platform, Amazon and enroll all my eBooks in the Kindle Unlimited program. Right now, titles through vendors such as B&N, Kobo, Apple, etc… are coming down. Books will also be in print.

February 2019 Update~

Dear Readers,

Well, even though I had high hopes for January 2019, it didn’t turn out that way. The first day started off with a blown heater on the coldest day ever. Needless to say, you can not get a repairman out on the holiday, and it was a horribly cold start to the new year. Needless to say, day 1 sucked. By day 3, I was totally broke, having to write a nice check to cover said expense. What a start. Of course, it had to get worse. So far, we have had a 14 hour trip to the ER, a pet put down for illness, and my laptop and workbag stolen…from work. As for writing? Well, what’s that? It seems every time I get started on a new project something in “real” life pops up to suck away my time and concentration.

Now that January is moving on, in a few days, to February, I am hoping things will settle down and I can get back into the swing of writing new books. I have the 5th Eternity book started, along with a beginning for Siren’s Heart, the first book of my 2nd generation mermaid series, tagged Ocean Deep. With the rights to Siren’s Desire coming back to me from NAL, the last of my NY books are now all officially mine and I can do what I want with them.

December 2018 Update

Dear Readers,

I have decided to do something radical. I have set my entire eBook backlist to free. Yes, free.

You can now download EVERY eBook I have re-released at no cost. This includes booksellers such as Barnes and Noble, Kobo, Apple Books, etc… On Amazon, you will have to request a price match, as they will only allow an author to go no lower than .99 cents.

All I am asking is that you leave a review once you have read the book. Amazon, Goodreads, your own personal blogs are a few places I’d suggest. Heck, you can even email me and let me know what you thought.

October 2018 Update~

Dear Readers,

A lot has been going on behind the scenes this month, and I am excited to share the news.

First, the current publisher of the Kynn and Eternity series has returned the rights to the 6 books. I was not expecting this to happen so soon. It’s been a scramble, new cover art has been prepared for the Kynn books (Seduced and Fallen) and both books will be thoroughly re-edited before going back on sale. As for the Eternity series, those covers belong to me, exclusively, and will be in place. I am going to give each book a quick edit, just to make sure no typos linger in the text. These, too, will be back on sale as soon as I can manage. I am shooing for 1st week of October. A bonus to this sudden rights return is that I can now continue working on both, as the publisher had declined to take any more books. This means a 3rd and final Kynn book, and 2 more Eternity books are now back on the table. Extra bonus is that my agent can now market foreign rights! So, win-win, right???

In other news, I am working on a new paranormal series. I was just getting started outlining it when the rights to the previously mentioned books reverted, so it has been pushed aside for a bit. I will get back to it as soon as those are taken care of.

Naked in Vegas is still under consideration with some publishers, as are a couple of contemporary romance proposals. No word yet, but I hope to hear something soon. With Halloween coming up, my mind’s been on the paranormal realm, and I just had to make a return to the genre. I think you guys are going to love what I have planned.
