New Covers to Share

It looks like Christmas came for me on Dec 26th. I don't know about anyone else, but I just love opening my mail to new covers (it also motivates me to write faster because I want to see the finished product).

So, I just have to share these now and then I'll update my sidebar as I have time (we're still in holiday celebration mode here).

Dear Santa,


I decided that since my kids write you letters each year (and somehow almost everything manages to be under the tree Christmas morning), I'd like to write one to you as well. I do have a rather long list and I feel I'm being overly greedy. But you see, as it's been since my first child was born, nothing I ask for is for me.


I wish for my children to remain healthy this year.

A Little Bit of Us Part 3

Christmas is fast approaching and I do have to say, even though I promised I was going to set limits for the greedy children this season, it seems I blew it (lol). We did gifts for each of them, several gifts for the kids, several for the boy and several for the girls. We're experimenting. lol
In another experiment, we're thinking about allowing the kids to open gifts at midnight -- right after Santa comes. I'm mainly hoping this allows them some extra motivation to fall asleep early -- I...
