The Waitomo Glowworm Caves attraction is a cave on the North Island of New Zealand, known for its population of glowworms, Arachnocampa luminosa. This species is found exclusively in New Zealand.
New Zealand has a lot of amazing things, most of which was too young to do while I was there, but these caves, man. They are fantastic and I highly recommend the tour. The water is SUPER cold, but it’s more than worth it.
