Ali vs. Inoki by Josh Gross
Bob is on page 219 of 304 of Washington D.C.: I'm surprised (pleasantly) at how soap operatic this book is. It's like Dallas for policy wonks. How someone at HBO hasn't made a prestige cable drama out of Vidal's work, I'll never know. People would go nuts for "Burr" to get the "House of Cards" treatment "Hamilton" being so damned popular right now.
