Is Your Intuition Getting Run Over?

snowtracks

As sensitive, intuitive people, we often don’t know where our preferences come from. This can cause us unnecessary pain when we let ourselves be persuaded out of them by others. Since we often don’t have the rational mind to back us up when we’re challenged, it happens more often than we like to admit.

Here’s a look at when this happens a lot: the holidays. I know it seems like December was so long ago (which is funny anyway) but bear with me as I rehash a bit. You’ll see the point at end.

Ther...

“Earth, Smirth, I Want to Go Home!” Sound like you? Then Watch this Video.

This post is dedicated to all of you spiritually and psychically awakening folks who are feeling homesick. It can be rough to get used to a new set of senses and at the same time start to understand your true nature as god (a.k.a. The Universal Awesomeness That Encompasses All And Does So With Love). So I made a video for you, partly to remind you of how great and unique Earth is, but also to give you tips to ease you through this process. I hope you enjoy it.

I’d love to hear your comments,...

Energetic Reading for January 2013

Having the ability to tune into energy patterns can have its advantages. It can guide us to the wave we want to catch and it can help our minds to prepare for the journey. Below is a video explaining what January 2013 is feeling like and how we can best use the energy. I hope you enjoy this little reading. Please comment or questions if you have them – I always love to hear from you.

Do You Suffer from Multiple Identity Disorder?

What is multiple identity disorder? The non-clinical version is when you show up with a different personality or set of values depending on who you’re with. You can know for sure if this applies to you by asking yourself this, “would people describe me differently depending on who I asked?”

Now before you go ahead and think I’m picking on you, I understand that some people will have a certain opinion of you no matter what you are truly like in their presence. There is always that one relative...

What Does it Mean to Raise Your Vibration?

I’ve made a little video explaining this. You can think of it as the difference between pond water and filtered water. Which is more clean? More clear? More inviting to drink? The higher your vibration, the easier it is for your soul, your guides, etc. to come through you.

It also works as a safety valve so lower vibration entities, energies, and so forth cannot access you. You literally move into a state of being that is not in harmony with the lesser beings and energies, giving them no way...

The Age Old Question of Why Bad Things Happen To Good People – Here’s My Spiritual Perspective

I live right next to Newtown, and was actually driving through when I heard about what happened on the local radio. It was chilling and I was very upset.

After I pushed the initial shock wave past me, I remembered the truth of the situation – that everything is perfect. I know what this sounds like, and some of you may not be ready to hear it.

We know that we all create our own realities – but what does that mean when innocent people are hurt? Watch this video for the spiritual perspective on...

Need A Dose of Inspiration? Read my Interview with Melissa Kirk

Melissa Kirk

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Melissa Kirk of www.yourlifeyourway.tv. She is a multi-talented woman who is devoted to helping her clients better their lives. She also happens to be an inspiration for women in abusive relationships. Read the interview to learn more:

Hi Melissa! It’s an honor to interview someone so devoted to the empowerment of women. Can you tell us about your story and where this passion comes from?

I always liked helping people. I have a psychology degree and a...

Want to Knit With Me?

Do you enjoy knitting? If you do, please join me in knitting some warm goodies for the homeless.

I enjoy the meditative effect that knitting has, but personally don’t need another scarf! So a few years ago, I started a project called Knitting & The City.

I have extra yarn and needles if you want to help out but are lacking supplies. I also have a handy dandy how-to knit sheet if you need a skills refresher.

Like I said in the video, I only knit straight and am able to make scarves and hats, so...
