'Clash of Cultures, The Legend of Henson Wiseman and the Dakota Chiefs' is a series where perseverance is key to survival on the frontier. Settlers endure harsh conditions and unsavory characters. Native Americans encounter crooked traders, businessmen, and politicians who want to get rich quick. This story is based on real events and people. Many of the places you will visit are today's cities before they were villages.
Set in the early 1860s it takes place in multiple locations. From Pierre and Yankton South Dakota, to St Paul and many locations in Minnesota to Northeastern Nebraska and Sioux City Iowa.
You will meet many of the founders of those villages.
There are also multiple romances and tragedies.
